These guards showed during the high school season that they are the real deal, and are now shaking up the travel circuit with some big time play, and programs from the next level are taking notice!

Bryant is a tough combo guard that plays with great pace and control. On offense, Bryant is a lethal scorer with a variety of moves. He can score at all three levels, while playing within the flow of the game, and is hard to defend in transition . On defense, Bryant displays a high motor and the ability to make opposing ball handlers make mistakes. Bryant showed that he can lead a team this season, as he was an essential piece to Eagle Academy winning the PSAL City Championship.
Zimmerman is a lengthy wing that can get to the basket with ease. His high level athletic ability allows him to get above the rim for layups and dunks. He was also a key piece during Eagle Academy’s run to the PSAL Championship, including a 24 point performance against Wings Academy win the Bronx Borough Championship. Zimmerman holds multiple division 1 offers including NJIT, and a recent one from UNH.
Bliss has great size as a floor general. He stood out this weekend at EYBL session 1 in Atlanta, and recently took an official visit to Villanova. Bliss is a quick guard with tight handle and the ability to score the ball at all three levels. Bliss also has high level court vision and can see the floor extremely well, while also crashing the boards on both ends of the floor. Bliss set a new school record this season, in a 39 point performance and also became The George’s School 1st 1000 point scorer.

Njie Quick and shifty guard who has stood out at the Nike EYBL. He has high level breakdown ability and shows finesse around the basket. Njie also has the ability to thread the needle on his passes to teammates. He was a primary ball handler for Hayes this year, and made some huge clutch plays. In the EYBL, Njie had 18 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists in a recent win. He also stood out at the Gymrat Challenge.
Rodriguez recruitment is trending upward, recently receiving an offer from High Point University. Rodriguez is a combo guard that has the ability to finish through contact. His strength also allows him grab offensive rebounds, and power back up for second chance points. Rodriguez can also hit shots consistently beyond the three point line. During the high school season. he made the CHSAA AA All -league third team.
