Isaiah Bonaparte Isaiah Bonaparte 5'10" | PG Hickman | 2024 State MO (Columbia Supreme): The 6’0″ 2024 point guard from Columbia Hickman was the linchpin of a team that finished the weekend with a perfect 4-0 record. He is an excellent floor leader and playmaker who can set the table for his teammates, yet can go and get buckets when his team needs it. His quickness and slick handles make him virtually impossible to keep out of lane and he was able to score on a variety of runners, floaters and mid-range jumpers. He was one of the most creative ball handlers that we saw during the weekend.

Josiah Kirkwood Josiah Kirkwood 5'11" | PG Grandview | 2024 State MO (Marcus Denmon Elite): A 5’10” 2024 point guard from Grandview High in Kansas City had an excellent weekend in leading MDE to a 3-1 record over the weekend. He used his prime speed and quickness to be a big factor at both ends of the court. He scored in double figures consistently throughout the weekend while also distributing the basketball very well. He was a tough cover all weekend with his ability to break down defenders on dribble penetration while also being able to pull up and make perimeter jumpers from 3-point range.

Logan Bishop Logan Bishop 6'2" | SG Lee's Summit West | 2024 State MO (KC Spurs – Weston): A 6’2′ 2024 shooting guard from Lee’s Summit West whose excellent perimeter shooting helped spearhead his team to a perfect 4-0 record for the weekend. His 3-point shooting was on-point throughout the event as he shot better than 40 percent from long distance. When he wasn’t knocking down triples, he was playing with his usual high energy. He is tireless worker who was always moving without the basketball and running the court in transition. He could also attack the basket and score through contact. He also shot 55 percent from the field and made all of his free throws.
*******
Randy McClendon (Minnesota Falcons): The 6’2″ 2024 shooting guard from Minnesota was one of the most entertaining and electric bucket-getters in the entire event. He averaged more than 20 points a game during the weekend and he did it in a variety of ways and from all three levels. He was draining perimeter jumpers from well beyond the 3-point line and he was doing it off the catch and also off of his creating ball handling ability. He was also elevating for mid-range jumpers and scoring on twisting drives into the lane for buckets.
*******
Jack Bommarito (IAM3 Basketball): A unsigned 6’5″ 2023 guard who put all of his offensive skills on display during the event, which included a 39-point outburst in a game on Friday night. He averaged 33 points a game for the weekend. He is a three-level scorer who was a matchup nightmare with his combination of size and overall skill level. What was most impressive about him is that he played at his own speed and he never got sped up in his offensive pursuits. He would dribble up and walking into a 3-pointer or go inside get buckets on a variety of moves in the post. He could score from many different angles and he used both hands very effectively.
