Jaiden Lewis
Jaiden Lewis
Lewis is a 5’10 combo guard that can do it all on the offensive end of the floor. He can score, dish it, handle it, he’s the total package. Fairly consistent shooter from downtown, I would say is his go to scoring option, but he can and will get to the rim at times. Both threats off the bounce and catch. He can get if off in a hurry off the dribble. Playing with forwards at 6’7 and 6’5, he’s got some easy dump off targets or lobs over the top down low. Quick defender in man to man, contains ball handlers, and has active hands in passing lanes.
Emmot absolutely showed out in the game I had watched of him and his squad. The 6’3 guard was knocking down triples and getting to the free throw line. He’s a confident shooter and looks to score it on nearly every catch on the perimeter. Uses his jab and quickness to blow by taller defenders if he gets a mismatch with a forward. Can get creative at the rim and show off some athleticism on finishes. Saw some high post touches on the elbow and created for both him and his teammates.
Highlights
Bryson McComas
Bryson McComas
McComas ran a solid lead guard for Above All Else 2026 squad. He’s very vocal on both ends of the floor. He can break down his man often and get to the rim. He was able to finish some tough layups and even some tough spin move fadeaways at times. Very hard nose defender and has no problem making the guy he’s guarding uncomfortable. Got a lot of on-ball steals and just applies non stop pressure on ball handlers.
Jack Corpening
Jack Corpening
Corpening does a lot of things right on the basketball floor, and by a lot of things I mean little things that you don’t see everyday in AAU. He can be a spot up or a primary ball handler. He can break down defenses and get paint touches. Without the ball he maintains spacing, and moves well off ball. He’s a high intensity player on both ends. Contains ball handlers, helps hard on dribbles drives, boxes out if he ends up down low. Very fundamentally sound all around. Going to be fun to watch him progress over the years.
Jordan Webb
Jordan Webb
Last on this list is 6’3 guard Jordan Webb. Webb is a vocal guy on both ends of the floor, communicating to teammates where a pass should go and getting them in position on the defensive end. He’s athletic and quick. He really showed off the leaping ability laying up a transition lob and with his ability to crash boards, on both ends, and how he is able to alter shots down low. Uses his length and strides to get to the rim quickly and also can knock down some catch and shoot triples.
