Malick has been a solid players since he hit the ground running over at Juan Diego. He has put on some muscle since then. With him playing at Wasatch this past year he has been going up against other D1 players that has elevated his game as well. In the early Spring he is providing what the next level will need from him, that is defense, rebounding and a presence on offense in the paint. With a plus 7’0 wing span he can wall up and be a disrupter. Those early childhood soccer skills are apparent because he has good footwork. Malick has a variety of schools looking at him, he could be a solid local get.
Hunter is one of the best scorers in the state and he stays consistent. He plays with a lot of energy and poise in tough moment. His shooting from deep has been a solid foundation and he has built on that skill level he has over the past year or two. He has an early offer from Utah Tech and still has a ot left n the tank to turn more heads this Spring and Summer. Hunter is an athlete that has a high IQ and he plays some solid defense on the ball and off the ball anticipating.
Kyle is suiting up for a new program out in St.George called SUSA Hoops. Kyle is one of the best rim running bigs in the state as he has been running like that since he was a freshman. He knows when to take off and how to catch the ball on the move and also how to get quick positioning in transition. Sounds easy but it is not. His height and ability has also landed him some next level looks as he has been offered by Utah Tech and Westminster. Kyle finishes and is an elite dunker spot player. He is staring to fillout and is not a string bean anymore. A lot of upside for him this Spring and Summer as well.
This kid seems a lot bigger than 6’2 and he plays with such a smooth pace. He does not get sped up and he knows how to win. Regardless who they are playing against at the high school level Tiger is always poised and under control. He can hurt you with his vision as he finds cutters and gets everyone involved but he also lights you up from deep. he is doing it against great competition and he is a high percentage scorer. Good size and as he gets quicker and stronger there will be more suitors.
