Jayden is a guard that can switch on and off the ball and can fill it up from all levels on the court. There is a delicate balance to being both a point guard and a volume scorer, and Jayden has found that balance. At times, he is a floor general with good court awareness and knows how to get teammates involved. On the other end of the spectrum, whether the ball is in his hands or not, he can get hot at any moment, and if he catches fire, he makes it a long night for opposing teams. Jayden has the ability to go for huge numbers, and when he is in that mode, it does not matter who is in front of him because he is going to get a bucket.
He makes his debut in this edition of the rankings as the #30 ranked player in his class.
Rayshon Coleman Rayshon Coleman PG Florala | 2025 State AL (6’0/PG/Florala HS)

Rayshon is an athletic playmaker with a strong drive game off the bounce. He had his talent and potential on full display throughout the season, as he was firing on all cylinders for most of the year. He is a playmaker with vision and really good passing ability. He has good body control and balance, especially when he gets two feet in the paint. Hard defensive pressure does not speed him up or cause him to make erratic plays. He is calm under pressure and is a true leader on the court. He can score in volumes and at a high rate and does it at all levels with deep range and a lethal middle game.
He makes his debut in this edition of the rankings as the #35 ranked player in his class.
Jayden Lewis Jayden Lewis 6'4" | SF Oxford | 2025 State AL (6’4/SF/Oxford HS)

I saw Jayden during the Huntsville City Classic, and he was a very impressive piece for a young Oxford squad. He finished with a double-double, and as I followed him the remainder of the season, he showed that he could be a double-double type guy on any given night. He is a monster on the glass and plays a physical brand of basketball. At times his size was too much for opposing teams to handle, which contributed to his high production level in both the scoring and rebounding column.
He makes his debut in this edition of the rankings as the #39 ranked player in his class.
Derrick Florence Derrick Florence 6'3" | C Baker | 2025 State AL (6’3/C/Baker HS)

I put ink on Derrick following the Huntsville City Classic, and it was there that he showed that he was one of the best rebounders in the state, regardless of class. After that, he continued on the trajectory and helped Baker make it to the Regionals. He flashed his athleticism as he showed his activity on the glass. His offensive game is either still developing or just put on the back burner as he plays with one of the best scorers the state has ever seen in Alec Elkins Alec Elkins 5'9" | SG Lucy Beckham | 2024 #46 Nation SC . So Derrick didn’t have to exert much energy and effort on the offensive end of the floor, outside of an occasional finish in transition or a finish in the paint off a drop-off pass from a teammate attacking off the bounce. Many questions surround the Baker program, but if they bring back everyone that is coming back, they will be back in contention, and Derrick will be a crucial piece to the puzzle.
He makes his debut in this edition of the rankings as the #40 ranked player in his class.
Skyler Stovall Skyler Stovall 6'4" | CG Montgomery Academy | 2025 AL (6’4/CG/Montgomery Academy)

Skyler has good length at the guard spot and is extremely difficult to deal with off the bounce. His strength is attacking off the bounce, which he does exceptionally well, whether in the half-court or in the open court. He has a quick first step and is a good finisher in the paint and at the rim. When he is in the open court, he shows his athleticism as he often takes flight looking to annihilate the rim. He showed his ability to score the rock, and from what I saw with Skyler, he is poised to have a breakout Junior campaign.
He makes his debut in this edition of the rankings as the #41 ranked player in his class.
Tyler Robertson Tyler Robertson 6'3" | SF Calhoun | 2025 State AL (6’3/Wing/Calhoun HS)
When you look at Tyler’s game, you look at a very versatile player. He can fill up the stat sheet as he can score from all levels, shoot it well from deep, and rebound well. With his ability to score in a variety of ways, he doesn’t just settle for long perimeter shots, but he puts pressure on the defense as he looks to create shots in the paint and at the rim. He is a go-to guy that isn’t afraid to have the ball in his hands when a bucket is needed. He is a creative scorer and is a player that produces.
He makes his debut in this edition of the rankings as the #43 ranked player in his class.
