Another dual-sport athlete leading his team to back to back state appearances. Great instincts on defense forced turnovers at half court. Have the quickness, poise, tricks, and unselfishness you want in your point guard. Athletically gifted in the air when finishing at the rim. Not really an outside shooter but have a nice in the mid-range. Make good decision when getting paint touches

Sherwood came out on a mission seeking to attack inside early. You can tell he puts in the work by his reactions to certain situations. Pure money from the corner three where usually “shooters” don’t usually have their bet performances. The work horse finished with 22 points and ten rebounds putting his hardhat on for putbacks;also using footwork to finish to get his post shots off. Physical player with a soft touch around the rim

This is a reminder to call him Mr. Jones when you address this power forward. A man amongst boys in the semifinal imposing his strength under the basket. Finishing through the contact keeping the ball high and away from defenders. Gives second effort leaps on the boards. Posted 22 points with 17 rebounds, seven of his rebounds were offense. A load in the paint.

The young man is all over the court using his speed and athleticism to make impacts on both ends of the floor. Play at his own pace never rattled when under pressure. Great anticipation in the passing lanes. Finished with a double-double with 18 points, but the 11 rebounds stuck out; grabbing boards over bigger opponents. I don’t know how well he can shoot due to unlimited paint touches; meaning he doesn’t force shots. Made the most impact out of any player in the 3A semifinals

Allen instantly brings a spark when he enters the game. So much passion and energy can influence your team. Pushes up on ball handlers, and makes his money in the passing lane. The strong physical player that does the dirty work. Finish through contact and not around it. His playmaking can be improved, but seem to know the game just have to translate from his mind to body.

Jordan got in early foul trouble which hurt his team, but coming out in the second half you see why Childress wanted to get him in foul trouble. Immediately provided a spark attacking the basket. Loves to pull up in the mid-range around the free-throw line. Use his body structure and strength to get his easy shots. Add some more moves in his bag can cause more problems for his opponents
