Ronnie Staley
Ronnie Staley
Ronnie Staley is a 5’11” combo guard from Wayne High School in West Virginia. Staley constantly puts pressure on the defense by attacking the paint. He uses his quickness to get in the paint and is good at finishing with either hand at the rim. His ability to get in the paint helps him get points or make a pinpoint pass once the defense reacts to him. He can hit the mid-range shot and is a good 3 pt shooter. Staley’s ability to score at all 3 levels is why he will take a huge jump in his overall game for Wayne High School in the 2024 season.
Donavan Tanouye
Donavan Tanouye
Donavan Tanouye is an exciting prospect that fills up the stat sheet every night. Tanouye averaged 18.4 points per game, 4.3 assists per game, 6.7 rebounds per game, 6.1 steals per game and 0.7 rebounds per game. He can score the ball at all 3 levels on the court, but he loves wreaking havoc on the defensive end. His 6.1 steals per game were by far the highest in the state. Tanouye is extremely quick and has fast hands that allow him to create turnovers off deflections. He will for sure be a highly touted prospect for Paw Paw High School in 2024.
MJ Patton MJ Patton 5’11” | PG Mercer Christian Academy | 2025 State WV is a 5’11” combo guard that plays Mercer Christian Academy in West Virginia. Patton is a solid player that averaged 12.7 points per game, 4.2 assists per game, 3.7 rebounds per game and 2.1 steal per game. Patton is an overall player that contributes on the court in a multitude of ways. He can score the ball from all 3 levels and has triple double potential on any given night. Patton will only improve upon his stats in the 2024 season. He will for sure be a player to watch for Mercer Christian Academy in 2024.
Jaden Westfall Jaden Westfall 6’2″ | SF Buckhannon Upshur | 2024 State WV is a small forward for Buckhanon-Upshur High School in West Virginia. Westfall is a savvy post player that has a high basketball IQ. He does a little bit of everything for his team on the court. He averaged 8.8 points per game, 2.4 assists per game, 7.7 rebounds per game, 1.1 steals per game and 1.0 blocks per game. Westfall is a double double machine that is not afraid to mix it up on the inside. He always makes the correct play and has a nose for the ball coming up with the rebound more often than not. Westfall hopes to lead his team to more wins improving on his stat line for Buckhanon-Upshur in 2024.
Jordan McCullum Jordan McCullum 6’8″ | SF Harriman | 2024 State TN is a 6’9″ power forward from Huntington Prep High School in West Virginia. McCullum has incredible upside t his game. He can score the ball at all 3 levels on the court. He is excellent at finishing around the rim, can hit the midrange shot and is more than capable of hitting the long ball. McCullum has heart and plays with relentless intensity on the court. He has a motor and will definitely be playing on the next level. His game is ever improving and will be a top player to watch for Huntington Prep in 2024.
