Prep Hoops Florida scouts Allen Pettigrew and Ross Van De Griek are on the grounds of the RP Funding Center in Lakeland throughout the week. Here is who stood out in the evening session of Day 2:
The 5-10 freshman combo guard put his team on his back when it mattered most, finishing with a game-high 18 points and 5 rebounds in today’s 43-38 win over St. Petersburg. He also went 7-for-7 from the free throw line and added seven steals in the win.
After a slow start in the first half, the 6-5 senior power forward finished with a near double-double (10 points and 9 rebounds) doing most of his work inside. On the defensive side, he was forcing tough shots and using his size and length to record 2 blocked shots as well.
The 5-10 senior combo guard was attacking and getting to the basket with ease on numerous occasions. Atlius finished with a team-high 17 points and got to the line often, knocking down 3 of his 7 free throws. Not only was he attacking on the offensive side, but his defense showed signs he could be a two-way player recording a team-high 3 steals as well.

The 6-1 junior point guard was on fire tonight from beyond the arc, knocking down 8 3-pointers leading all scorers with 34 points in their 63-41 semifinal win over Wekiva.
The 6-1 senior point guard played with anger and aggression. He also showed he can be a three-level scorer finishing with 12 points, including knocking down his only 3-pointer attempt in the game. He also facilitated on the offensive end dishing out two assists, as well as recording two steals on the defensive end.
The 5-9 senior guard played with a ton of heart finishing with 10 points, joining his teammate Dylan Kramer Dylan Kramer 6’5″ | PF St. Petersburg | 2023 State FL as the only two players to score in double figures in the game for St. Petersburg. He also played with a competitive edge by getting rebounds over opposing bigs and playing efficiently well off the ball.
