Carter Bryant Carter Bryant 6'8" | SF Corona Centennial (CA) | 2024 State #12 Nation CA-S – SF – 6’8” – 2024 Sage Hill
He is a top 30 2024 prospect in the nation and he continued to prove why this season. He recently received an offer from Duke and he fits the bill. He dominated on both ends of the floor and shows why he is a basketball stereotype dream. This combination of size and skill is what some players would dream of. What I was looking forward to seeing this season though was his passing ability. He was able to show off his basketball IQ along with his smart decision making and this proves that he could play with more talent at the next level.
Jayden Hubbard – SG – 6’3” – 2024 Mission Viejo
A scoring wing that was a unanimous vote to the Sea View First Team All-League. He has an unlimited range from deep but also finishes with the best through contact. He excels in pick and roll settings and also in isolations when you need a bucket. Where his best play comes from though is in the transition. Whether he is skying high for a block or picking a point guard’s pocket, he’ll go quick the other way for a big dunk that blows the roof off of the gym.
Alex Stewart Alex Stewart 6'5" | PF Pacifica Christian/OC | 2024 State CA-S – SF – 6’6” – 2024 Pacifica Christian
With length and strength, this star forward had another solid year that contributed to another league title. He is kind of in the middle of a wing and big and you can tell the struggle at times. However, on the defensive end, it does not matter at all. He is a menace no matter who you put him on whether it is a guard or a center and continues to cause havoc to their offense. I was impressed by his growth on the offensive end this season, bumping up his averages to 10 points and 7 rebounds per game. The best part of his game was the increase in three-point shooting as he is now a reliable three-point shooter no matter what position he plays at 37% behind the arc.
Nico Owens – SF/PF – 6’4” – 2024 Mission Viejo
Watching him is a treat because game after game he continues to make the right play no matter who is watching. He has the role-player mentality with the talent of a star. His stats are not going to amaze you but his play most certainly will. His versatility on the defensive end is what is most impressive. He guards all five positions at a high level and his athleticism is out of this world. He doesn’t take too many three’s but he has a sweet stroke from outside. He leaves his blood, sweat, and tears on the floor every single game and you can never have enough hustlers on your roster.
