We are another week deeper into the season and that means that the playoffs are right around the corner. We have some huge matchups coming up in the next few weeks. Let’s hope everything everyone is healthy as we get to the home stretch. With that said, check out the Power Rankings for Week 10. See below, we have a tie at the 10 spot.

Class B Power Rankings

#1 Four Winds-Minnewaukan (13-0)

Recent Games: WIN 82-39 @ St. John, WIN 71-38 vs. Langdon-Edmore-Munich

Next Game: 2/6 vs. Rugby

Info: The Indians picked up two more wins this week and remain undefeated. They have an interesting game coming up tomorrow with Rugby. The Panthers have length and some good athletes, so they should match up okay with 4Winds. #2 Central Cass (15-0)

Recent Game: WIN 58-53 vs. #9 Grafton

Next Game: 2/7 @ Kindred

Info: The Squirrels had a Top 10 battle on Friday night! It was a tightly contested game and CC took care of business. This was a high-quality win for the Squirrels. Tuesday’s game is a heavyweight Region 2 matchup! Expect the game to be packed for this rivalry game, it should be a great atmosphere and an entertaining matchup. Squirrels vs. Vikings!

#3 Beulah (12-1)

Recent Games: WIN 55-45 @ Glen Ullin-Hebron, WIN 45-37 @ Heart River

Next Game: 2/7 @ Our Redeemer’s

Info: The Miners were once again, very well-balanced with their scoring this past week. Against Glen Ullin-Hebron, Champ Hettich Champ Hettich 6'3" | SG Beulah | 2024 State ND led the Miners with 14 pts, 6 reb, 4 ast. Against Heart River, Trace Beauchamp Trace Beauchamp 6'4" | SG Beulah | 2024 State ND and Bennett Larson Bennett Larson 6'7" | C Beulah | 2026 State ND led the Miners with 12 points each. Beulah has a huge week ahead with Our Redeemer’s, Dickinson Trinity, and Bowman County.

#4 Sargent County (15-0)

Recent Games: WIN 59-53 vs. Wyndmere-Lidgerwood, WIN 59-42 @ Carrington

Next Game: 2/7 @ Tri-State

Info: The Bulldogs are still perfect this season. The game with W/L was closer than expected, but they found a way to win. Leading scorers in the Carrington win: Fletcher Willprecht Fletcher Willprecht 5'9" | PG Sargent County | 2023 State ND 16 pts, Luke Martinson Luke Martinson 6'4" | PF Sargent County | 2024 State ND 15 pts, and Gaven Christianson Gaven Christianson 6'0" | PF Sargent County | 2023 State ND 10 pts. Expect the Bulldogs to pick up an easy win on Tuesday vs. the Tigers and then on Friday, they head up to Fargo for a tough game against the Grovers. That will be a fun one to watch!

#5 Ellendale (15-0)

Recent Game: WIN 74-70 vs. Edgeley-Kulm-Montpelier

Next Game: 2/7 @ Linton-HMB

Info: The Cards have been impressive, all they do is win! Riley Thorpe Riley Thorpe 6'1" | SG Ellendale | 2023 State ND , Anton Geller Anton Geller 6'1" | SF Ellendale | 2024 State ND , and Levi Reise are the top players for the Cards. Ellendale can flat-out get after it. They play fast and fearless. They play a 5-out read-and-react offense. The Cards can get to the rim and they are great at kicking out to shooters. Coach Vance has his team playing hard and very unselfishly. Ellendale is a scary team!

#6 Bishop Ryan (13-2)

Recent Games: WIN 68-52 vs. Our Redeemer’s, WIN 77-42 @ Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood, LOST 68-64 vs. Dickinson Trinity

Next Game: 2/7 vs. Westhope-Newburg

Info: The Lions went 2-1 this past week. They lost to a very solid Trinity team. In Saturday’s loss, the Lions were led by Brady Feller Brady Feller 6'2" | SG Bishop Ryan | 2023 State ND 26 pts (6 triples), Ramsey Walz Ramsey Walz 6'7" | PF Bishop Ryan | 2025 State ND 15 pts, and Conner Thompsen with 8 pts. Bishop Ryan only has one game this week. They have a Region 6 matchup against the Sioux. Their primary focus should be slowing down Walker Braaten Walker Braaten 6'4" | CG Westhope/Newburg | 2025 State ND and the rest should fall in place.

#7 Thompson (11-3)

Recent Games: WIN 73-19 vs. Drayton-Walley-Edinburg, WIN 50-45 @ Rugby

Next Game: 2/6 @ May-Port CG

Info: The Tommies had a nice week, they picked up a Region 2 win and a quality road win at Rugby. This week they will be busy with two Region 2 games against May-Port CG and against Midway-Minto. The Tommies will host Four Winds-Minnewaukan on Saturday. Tommies vs. Indians will be a marquee matchup that basketball fans from across the State will have to watch.

#8 Shiloh Christian (12-3)

Recent Games: WIN 87-33 vs. Max, WIN 89-34 vs. Central McLean, WIN 59-22 vs. New Salem-Almont, WIN 85-47 vs. Washburn

Next Game: 2/6 vs. Center-Stanton

Info: The Skyhawks were very busy last week and they dominated! Shiloh is looking like a well-oiled machine at this point in the season. Shiloh has two games coming up this week and they should not have a whole lot of trouble picking up two more victories. On Friday, they will have to deal with Javin Friesz Javin Friesz 6'2" | CG Flasher | 2024 State ND and the Bulldogs. Flasher is never an easy game because of the high-scoring Friesz. The Skyhawks should overwhelm the Sioux with their talent and depth.

#9 North Prairie (14-2)

Recent Games: WIN 69-35 vs. Dakota Prairie, WIN 59-22 @ Benson County

Next Game: 2/6 @ Westhope-Newburg

Info: The Cougars continued their winning ways this past week. Tonight they play the Sioux from Westhope-Newburg. This will be a fun matchup with two high-scoring guards that can score in the 30s in the blink of an eye. Mitchell Leas Mitchell Leas 6'0" | PG Rolla | 2023 State ND vs. Walker Braaten Walker Braaten 6'4" | CG Westhope/Newburg | 2025 State ND should put on a show tonight and I recommend that you tune in to this game!
