Continue ReadingMcFarlande is having a great year at Denmark after having to sit last year with transfer eligibility issues. Great size and body for the next level. Big time paint presence, protects the rim and rebounds well. Can step out and hit shots from the perimeter, jump shot has shown steady improvement. IUPUI offered him back in July and Indianapolis offered last weekend.
Boyce was a major stock riser this summer playing with PSB Atlanta and really provides the full package as a prospect. Skilled big that can score from either post and consistently hit jump shots. Great intangibles, excellent communicator and clear leadership skills. South Georgia Tech offered him over the summer but it puzzles me why Boyce isn’t getting more LM/D2 looks.
Any schools looking to add strength and toughness to their paint rotation need to take a hard look at Keith Williams Keith Williams 6’8″ | C Mt. Vernon Presbyterian | 2023 State GA . Big body and isn’t afraid to throw it around. Can score out of the low post and finishes well around the basket. Provides consistent double-double kind of production. His recruitment has yet to pick up but there are plenty of schools out there that would benefit by adding a Keith Williams Keith Williams 6’8″ | C Mt. Vernon Presbyterian | 2023 State GA to their roster.
Bellomy has shown a lot of improvement from last year to now and is putting up good numbers for Harrison. A lot more offensive production this year which coaches were likely hoping to see. Proven to be a lob-threat, dunking the ball a lot more as of lately. Pretty outside shot and is looking more and more comfortable shooting the 3. He’ll need to get tougher and more aggressive to battle with bigs at the next level. Current offers include Brevard, Piedmont, Covenant, and a few others.
Andre Pantlitz
Andre Pantlitz
Andre Pantlitz is a big-time sleeper right now, largely because he plays at Valor Christian and didn’t get much exposure over the summer. Great rebounder on both ends, finishes a ton of putbacks and dump-offs. Moves well at 6’9, gets up and down the floor in transition. Could very well be a late bloomer in this 2023 class. Dean College was the first to offer him earlier this month.
At 6’11, Jones might be the biggest Georgia prospect still on the board and his height checks the box for any college level. Elite rim-protector, dominates the paint with size and length. Powerful dunker at the rim and can be effective in pick and roll sets right away, offensive post game is still developing. His only offer came from Elizabeth City State back in September.
