This edition brings you section xi the public schools on Long Island. These seven players have gotten off to great starts.

This young player has stepped into the role of directing the team with the ball in his hands and has shown a lot of confidence and talent. Has shown the ability to finish through contact. Can get to the rim when it looks like there is nothing there. Great body control in transition. Really good vision. Added plus for a young player defends well on the ball stays in front and has fast hands and feet.

Jack possesses a smooth pull up jumper. Has a quick release with the three ball. Can shoot it off the catch and has shown a step back three. Does a lot of good things on the court. Smart heady player. Rebounds well from the guard position.
Extremely quick player. Long and lanky. Quick first step and has shown the ability to finish with either hand. Can create contact on the drive and finish. Uses his length to defend and very capable of getting back into the play to block a shot.

An undersized workhorse for the Brentwood squad. Competes on every possession. Really good strong frame. Uses his strength in grabbing rebounds or defending. Very capable of blocking shots. A straight up defender in the paint. Chase down speed and more importantly desire to stop the score. Very quick when he catches the ball at the elbow and gets to the rim off of two dribbles.

Has a smooth handle. Can get to the rim with either hand. Excellent lift on his jumper. Ready with his feet and hands to pull the trigger off the catch. Outstanding pull up jumper. Was able to get his hands in the passing lanes causing deflections. Good vision and made a couple of very nice touch passes.
Very athletic long lanky lefty. Very adept with the baseline drive. Uses his length in every part of his game on both ends. Can step out and drain the three especially from the corners. Gets the ball up quickly when he catches it 12 feet and in. Because of his length and athleticism he is a rim protector. Can jump twice before most guys are jumping once.
Dominic has burst onto the scene in Suffolk county. On a team with upperclassman Dominic has not only fit in nicely he has led them as well. A three level scorer. Has deep range. A strong rebounder. Poised and confident. A nice player to have with the ball in his hands at the ends of games because he’s excellent from the charity stripe
