Leonard led Dorman HS to a victory over Cross Creek HS (GA) by scoring 17 points today. Terry does it by scoring the ball from all 3 levels on the floor. He has the explosion to take a defender off the dribble at times to get to the basket. Leonard shows to have a solid mid-range jumper game along with dialing up from downtown at times. He’s constantly active in the passing lanes picking up deflections and steals to take the other direction.
Wilkins is a very versatile forward on the floor for the Cavaliers. Jamarcus is a quick leaper who can collect block shots along the way. He will run the floor like a guard and fill lane the lane in transition. Jamarcus will from time to time step out to the short corner for a nice easy jumper. He tends to do his best work around the cup by staying active and collecting rebounds on both ends.
Locklear is off the board and heading to local NCAA D2 school Limestone College (SC) next season. Tre is the catalyst to lead the Bulldogs offense for Head Coach Craig Martin. He plays the game with a fearless mindset and really likes to play up-tempo along the way. Locklear won’t hesitate a second to let one go from 25 feet out behind the three-point. He is a gamer and really looks to bring it every time out on the court.
Parker was a great surprise today with his play for the Eagles. Luke was a deceptive athlete at times and was able to go baseline on a few buckets. He surely isn’t flashy at all with his play, but he was quite effective in a win over Mauldin HS. Parker was able to score 15 points just on constant activity and energy around the bucket.
Simon is off to University of Dayton next season to play for Head Coach Anthony Grant. Jaiun was relentless all day long with his play. He was able to post up smaller defenders and at times showed a nice drop-step move. Simon is a MANCHILD to defend in the paint at times. Jaiun constantly had the MOTOR going at all times for the Falcons here today.
Lorick is a RUN-JUMP-ATHLETE for the Razorbacks. Antoine is very mobile to run the floor all day long it seems. He can step-out and knockdown the 3-ball when needed. Lorick will handle the rock at times when he’s not finishing up down low on the block. Antoine is a combo forward who will surely make some college program very happy come next fall.
Adams left it all out here today for the Falcons in a 3-overtime win vs the Cannon School (NC). Craig was constantly around the ball today to make a play for his team. He connected on some short jumpers along the way when he wasn’t collecting rebounds on both ends of the floor. Adams did whatever his coach needed him to do today to win this game.
Adams next season will be playing his college football at Williams Brice Stadium as a member of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks.
