PG: Hunter Hansen Hunter Hansen 6'4" | PG Fremont | 2024 State UT || Fremont High School || 2024 ||
One of the most solid players in the state. Such a calm and relaxed demeanor. Sometimes you do not even realize he has 20+ till you look at the score sheet. Hunter has one of the better feels for the game as he tracks down defensive rebounds and pushes the tempo. if he is not stopped he will finish coast to coast with ease. On the o-boards he is active and is always a threat. When defenses put smaller players on him he can shoot over them and he does it with ease. Impressive how he can get to his spots. Excited to see him work in Region 1 which is up in the air.
CG: Mason Bendinger Mason Bendinger 6'3" | CG Woods Cross | 2023 State UT || Woods Cross High School || 2023 ||
Msson is that dangerous player that once he gets things going that hoop gets bigger and bigger. His game at the high school level is so tough because he can shoot the rock with range and he can hurt you in the mid-post. That Mid-post game is killer. He gets to those turnaround jumpers and they are so tough to defend. He is also strong so he can post up smaller dudes as well. Mason is having a stellar senior season. Mason has takeover ability, especially late in the game.
W: Owen Mackay Owen Mackay 6'5" | CG Snow Canyon | 2024 State UT || Snow Canyon High School || 2024 ||
Owen is currently one of Utah’s best kept secrets, well WAS! Owen is one of the best athletes in the state and he can fly. This year things have really opened up for him as a true high school wing. He is killing it in the post and in the perimeter. That motor is working at a higher gear now and he continues to improve and develop. He is probably one of the better guards at 6’5 and he had a great pre-season. Keep an eye on him.
PF: Blake Rawson Blake Rawson 6'8" | PF American Fork | 2024 State UT || American Fork High School || 2024 ||
Blake is a fierce forward that lays it all on the line. He has been a big part in the success that AF has had all year and will be a big part of their title defense. This pre-season he has been great on the boards and especially on the o-boards. He is flying all over the place trying to reel in any loose ball. He sets tough screens and he is a good passer out of the post. One of the best aspects of his game is that he takes charges all game long.
C: Kyle Lemke Kyle Lemke 6'9" | C Dixie | 2024 State UT || Dixie High School || 2024 ||
Kyle is arguably the best running rim to rim big in the state. Built in offense with him running the floor. Drop off dunk machine that flushes anything he can. He has a tough grown man game in the paint and he is only a junior. Kid could really hit the weights and come in looking like a college hooper for his senior year.
