Cameron Williams Cameron Williams 6'8" | PF Cape Girardeau Central | 2023 State MO (Cape Girardeau Central): The 6’8 2023 forward led the Tigers to the tournament championship. He scored 20 points in the finals against Jackson. His size and versatility make him one of the toughest matchup problems in the state. He has an excellent low post game and he has 3-point range on the pick and pop. He is also a good secondary ball handler.
Clayton Ernst Clayton Ernst 6'8" | PF Jackson | 2023 State MO (Jackson): The 6’8 2023 forward was a load inside in helping lead the Indians to the finals. His back to the basket game is excellent as he used his big body to seal defenders and he finished with a nice touch inside. He is also a solid defender who can block shots.
Cole Nichols Cole Nichols 6'2" | PG Dexter | 2023 State MO (Dexter): The 6’2 point guard was one of the most impressive backcourt players that I watched. He was impressive in his 35-point performance against eventual champion Cape Central in the first round. He knocked down a bunch of 3-pointers and also scored on fearless drives to the basket against Cape’s tall and talented front line.
Rico Coleman Rico Coleman 6'4" | SG Charleston | 2023 State MO (Charleston): The 6’3 wing has been a strong two way player throughout his career and last week was no different. He used his quickness and anticipation to get numerous steals and deflections on defense. He could be at the top of the press or guarding the low post. He stays active. His slashing ability is excellent and he is strong on the offensive boards with his quick second jump.
Ko’Terrion Owens Ko’Terrion Owens 6'2" | PF Charleston | 2024 State MO (Charleston): A 6’2 forward who plays bigger than his actual size. He’s undersized, but he gets things done inside against bigger players because he is physically strong and his footwork is good. He rebounds well out of his area and he can also score on a variety of moves.
Gavin Rivers Gavin Rivers 6'4" | SG Poplar Bluff | 2023 State MO (Poplar Bluff): A 6’4 wing guard who has good athleticism and slashing ability. He is a good rebounder who will take it off the glass and go coast to coast. He has a quick first step to the basket and a quick jump on the offensive boards.
