Kaliel Boyd (St. Mary’s): The 6’0″ 2023 guard is a top defensive back for the Dragons Class 4 state championship football team. He has made the seamless transition to the basketball court where he has been a big bucket getting to the tune of nearly 20 points a game. He uses his thick body to get into the lane on power drives and he is capable of shooting the 3-pointer. He also creates well off the dribble.
Blaine Salsman (Monett): A 5’11” 2023 guard who is a true sniper from long distance. His release is quick and his range extends well beyond the 3-point line. He can shoot it off the catch and he moves well without the ball to get himself open. He also has a nice pull up game off the bounce when defenders close out on him and he’s not afraid to take it all the way to the basket. His footwork is very good and he stays on balance when ready to shoot.
Colin Kramer (Adrian): A 6’3″ 2024 wing player who is a very good athlete and he plays with a high motor. When he gets the ball in the open court, he’s going at Full Tilt Boogie in his quest to attack the basket. He will also throw down a dunk in transition. He is also an excellent 3-point shooter with extended range, which makes him more difficult to defend.
Riley Massey (DeSmet): A 6’3″ 2025 guard who has already stepped into a prime role for the Spartans, who are currently 5-1 with a tournament championship under their belts. He is a potent perimeter shooter who is making 45 percent of his 3-point attempts. He moves well off the ball and his release is quick. He is currently averaging 11 points, four rebounds and two assists a game.
Ryan Barnhart (Winnetonka): A 2025 guard who has been a big part of Winnetonka’s impressive 8-0 start with her perimeter shooting. He’s already had a couple of games where he’s made seven 3-pointers and he is currently shooting 47 percent from long distance. Through eight games, he is averaging 16 points and five rebounds a game to lead the team in scoring.
Isaac Woodward Isaac Woodward 6'5" | PF Ft. Osage | 2025 State MO (Fort Osage): A solidly built 6’5″ 220-pound 2025 forward with a versatile skill set and a hunger to grab rebounds. He averages 10 boards a game. He goes up strong and snatches every rebound with two hands and with authority. He has strong moves in the low post and he can also step out and hit the 3-pointer. He can also drop off a nice dime to a open cutter from the high post. He is also averaging 14 points and nearly two blocks a game.
Grant Culver (Hartville): A hard-working 6’4 2023 forward who has been a big part of Hartville’s 8-1 start this season. He. An shoot the ball well from 3-point range and he is a very active rebounder who blocks out well and tracks the ball. He is a high energy player at both ends of the court.
