Cameron left it all out on the court in his team’s solid victory over a physical Shadow Creek Sharks squad early on Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs won the contest 62-38 and Cam was a big part of this blowout, scoring 24 of his team’s points and scoring the ball with ease, earning him our featured article image. Cameron is continuing to be a leader for his squad throughout the season on both ends of the court, coming up clutch when his scoring is needed and making key defensive stops in close games. Patterson had some great shooting this game, as he knocked down several shots behind the three point line and was also adept at getting to the basket past his defender.
Jeremiah Green Jeremiah Green 6'2" | CG Sunrise Christian Academy | 2025 KS – Denton Guyer High School (2025)
Jeremiah showed great efficiency in Guyer’s championship victory late on Saturday against a talented Cypress Creek team. Green led his team’s massive comeback, being down 38-23 at halftime, by facilitating the offense and running a motion offense to score the ball. Green also possesses great quickness guarding the basketball and playing full court deny defense on his matchup. Jeremiah is great at finishing through contact and pulling up for a long range jumper in the defender’s face, coming up big with a total of 18 points in the Wildcats win. As only a sophomore this season, Jeremiah Green Jeremiah Green 6'2" | CG Sunrise Christian Academy | 2025 KS will be a big name to look for in the Denton area, knowing he has tons of untapped potential that can still be unlocked.

– Dickinson High School (2023)
As a dual sport athlete, Zyon shows great promise in both fields of play, but his basketball play shone the brightest on Saturday as he led his Gators team to victory over the Waxahachie Indians in a 57-37 victory. Little scored 20 points and showed productive marksmanship behind the three point line, as well as his scoring at the rim off the pick and roll. One part I really like about Zyon’s game is his unselfishness always keeping his teammates involved on the offensive end and being able to handle the ball under immense pressure in one on one coverage. Little is also great about using height to his advantage over smaller defenders, using wingspan and length to get to the basket at great efficiency. Zyon is now fully back from football season and Dickinson will only continue to get better with his presence this year.
Connor Newton

– Denton Guyer High School (2023)
Connor, one of the senior captains for this Wildcats squad, was exceptionally clutch behind the arc from his team down the stretch in the 2nd half of the championship game against the Cy Creek Cougars. Newton hit 3 of his 5 three pointers in the second half, giving his team comeback momentum to take the victory and he always played aggressive defense on his matchup, causing key turnovers and notching about 4-5 steals. Connor will continue to be a force in the backcourt for his team as they play on through the year, always being a constant source of encouragement and motivation as well as letting his play do the talking.
