Continue ReadingHad an off-shooting day on the first day of the tournament but he bounced back and put together a better showing on Day 2. His end-to-end speed is difficult to defend, he has the ability to score from multiple levels, has good court vision/passing ability and can be just as good on defense as he is offensively.
In their championship matchup with Hoggard, he made some big plays down the stretch to help his team get the win. He rebounded the ball, blocked shots, and even had some key deflections and steals that benefited his team greatly in the fourth quarter.

Brings a toughness/physicality from the guard spot that you have to appreciate. He was aggressive on both ends of the floor and showed that he understands how to use his body to finish inside the paint when he attacks the basket.
A high-level perimeter shooter that does not hesitate about letting it fly, he was big time in their championship matchup with Hoggard. He knocked down some huge outside shots down the stretch and has impressive range on his shot. As he continues to add to his game and lock in defensively, he should see a boost in his recruitment.

He’s still a project player but he’s making some progress and has shaped himself into a solid rebounder and shot blocker. Offensively he still has a way to go to round out his game, but he doesn’t mind doing any of the small things that can be beneficial in helping his team win. Keep a close eye on him over the next year as we feel he has a chance to be a really good prospect if he puts in the work.
