The two best teams in the state right now should be no surprise to anyone as American Fork and Corner Canyon have not only shown that they are at the top of the charts when it comes to team play and talent across the board. They have also stepped it up as they have some of the most challenging schedules you will see. Teams like Farmington are playing well and although they are not playing tough teams they keep winning. Layton stumbled against a decent Bountiful team. Fremont has had ups and downs and almost beat American Fork. Cyprus has lost some really tough games and PG seems to still be figuring things out. Syracuse is undefeated but teams they have played are 1-7. Westlake hasn’t really played anyone tough but they will play Lehi this week and Lone Peak has only played two games.
