A few times we do see talent not able to suit up but they show out on the JV level. Here are a few names you should consider watching as they might be turning a lot more heads in the near future.
Mountain View High School is in a rebuilding phase and they have some young pieces to lean on. Bryce has been transitioning from a 4 to possibly a 3 and although he does have some size and strength he is effective out in the perimeter as well. Bryce has the type of game and motor that will allow him to score a few points and rebound on both ends at the varsity level. He keeps it simple and he plays hard.
Isaiah continues to impress every time he hits the floor. He is naturally strong as he can already throw around his strong frame into defenders and finish. He is a lead guard that does so much good with the ball in his hands but he can be effective off the ball as well. If he is in a pick n’ roll play and has a shooter somewhere you can be sure that he will make the right read. Would not be surprised to see him on the floor a lot as a freshman.
Ike is a big time player that is a threat all over the floor and at about 6’6 or so he is an ideal wing that can stretch the floor but also attack the rim and dunk on you. With the way Lone Peak spreads the floor we are excited to see how he is used and what they can get out of him this year as last season he showed some major promise. with Ike not playing football anymore he is going to bring a whole new level to his game this season.

Trevor is going to be ridiculous out there in the South as he has already made some noise this fall showing that he is just not the drive and attack guard. Trevor has been working that jumper and his motor is better. You also need to be aware of his ability to dunk on you. Excited to watch this kid develop.
