- St. Thomas Aquinas– The Knights were a win away from the State Final Four last year, but fell into the state champion Richmond Heights Spartans. Aquinas has 2 All-District players back and are the early favorites to take a PTC title. Julius Kimbrough Julius Kimbrough 6'3" | SF Canton South | 2024 State OH (Jr) is back and was their top guy a year ago along with Deshaun Leishman (Sr). The Knights move to Division III and will still be one of the better teams at a District level.
- Warren John F. Kennedy– The Eagles were the next best team in the PTC behind Aquinas last year and are returning everyone from a District Runner Up. All of their returning talent are juniors which means this could be one of the best teams for the next 2 years. Jaden Rishel and Michael Condoleon Michael Condoleon 6'0" | PG John F. Kennedy | 2024 OH are back and will be leaned on after All-District campaigns as well as Nick Ryan. Would be the favorites had they not struggled with Aquinas last year.
- Mogadore– Return a major contributor in Mason Williams (Sr) from a team right in the mix with the other contenders. Lack the returning depth to be right there in the mix.
- Lake Center Christian– Lose one heck of a player in Ethan Bower from last year’s squad.
- Rootstown– Same boat as LCC, losing their top player from a middle of the pack team.
- Southeast– Lacking the firepower to run with the top programs in this conference.
