Brown is Rancho Christian’s jack-of-all-trades while also being one of the top players in the state. The 6-foot-6 point guard, who recently re-committed to California, scored 17 points while dishing out 7 assists in the Eagles loss to St. Bernard. Brown was knocking down open three’s, getting to the basket in transition for buckets at the rim, all while orchestrating the Rancho Christian offensive attack with his passing IQ.
Shadale Knight, Rancho Cucamonga
Knight is a confident and dynamic scorer and playmaker at the point guard position. The 5-foot-10 senior is an unafraid and aggressive attacker of the basket with a combination of change of speeds, direction and quickness that makes him a very tough cover for opposing defenders. Knight was able to get into the lane as he pleased and used his strength to absorb and finish through contact. He also flashed his consistent pull-up stop and pop jumper off the bounce.
Tajh Ariza, St. Bernard
If the last name sounds familiar its because it is. Tahj Ariza is the son of former Westchester High, UCLA and NBA standout Trevor Ariza and has a frame and game that’s reminiscent of his father. Ariza, a class of 2026 prospect, already stands at 6-feet-6 with smooth and fluid athleticism both when running and finishing in transition and when knocking down catch-and-shoot three’s in the half-court setting. The freshman scored 17 points to help St. Bernard hold off Rancho Christian.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned about Rolison over the last three years we’ve been watching him it’s he’s guaranteed to show up and play hard. The 6-foot point guard is as dynamic as they come as a playmaker and shot-maker in the open court. The senior makes difficult baskets look easy, can score from all three levels of the floor, and is a player who wants the ball in his hands in clutch, late-game situations. Rolison dropped a game-high 32 points in the Vikings win over Rancho Christian and the opponent really had no answer for him.
