Jack Steinbach Jack Steinbach 5'11" | PG Ladue | 2023 State MO (Ladue): The 6’0″ point guard has been a fixture in the Rams’ lineup since his freshman year. He’s a tough floor leader who can distribute the basketball and hit the perimeter shot. He also likes to take the big shot in clutch situations. As a junior, he averaged 15 points, 3.8 rebounds and four assists while shooting 40 percent from 3-point range. He played for the Gateway-UA 17U squad during the summer.
Isaac Danielson Isaac Danielson 6'2" | PG Kirksville | 2023 State MO (Kirksville): The 6’2″ point guard has been a starter since his freshman season. He is a solid ball handler with nice passing skills and the ability to score from all three levels. He can really dial it up from 3-point range. He can also create off the dribble. He spent the summer grassroots season playing for MoKan Select.
Israel Randle Israel Randle 5'10" | PG North Kansas City | 2023 State MO (North Kansas City): A 5’10” point guard who brings excellent speed and quickness to the lineup. He is a jet in the open court, but he also plays under control. He distributes the ball well with his excellent court vision and high basketball IQ. The young lefty can also knock down the 3-pointer. He had a very good summer playing with the Marcus Denmon Elite 17U squad.
CJ Lang CJ Lang 6'1" | CG Webster Groves | 2023 State MO (Webster Groves): A 6’2″ point guard who played a key role in the Statesmen’s run to the Class 5 state championship with his all-purpose play. He sets the offense well with his passing skills and he is an elite defensive player. He can get a bucket when he needs one, but he concentrates on excelling in every other part of the game. As a junior, he averaged 8.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.2 steals. He played with the Gateway-UA 17U squad during the summer.
Barry Thomas Barry Thomas 6'1" | PG St. Charles West | 2023 State MO (St Charles West): The 6’1″ combo guard had a huge impact on the Warriors team when he became eligible in January of last season. He brought his potent offensive game to the mix and propelled the Warriors to a Class 4 district championship. He can attack the basket, create off the dribble and hit the 3-pointer. He averaged 19.7 points, 4.6 assists and 3.0 steals a game as a junior. He played with Team Ramey’s 17U squad during the summer.
Jared Lee Jared Lee 6'1" | PG Staley | 2023 State MO (Staley): A 6’1″ combo guard who would be a prime-time scorer on a lot of teams. He’s a valuable offensive piece to a very talented Falcons team that returns most of its talent from a Class 6 Final Four team. He is strong physically which enables him to get into the lane regularly and he has a feathery shooting touch from 3-point range. He had a big summer performance playing for the 816 Hoops 17U team.
Trae Oetting Trae Oetting 5'10" | CG Springfield Kickapoo | 2023 State MO (Kickapoo): The 6’0′ point guard stepped into the big shoes of graduated star Anton Brookshire and had an excellent junior season. He is a good playmaker who can also shoot the deep ball and run the pick and roll. He can also get downhill off the dribble. He was also a mainstay for the ShoMe Assault during the summer. As a junior, he averaged 11.3 points, 3.8 rebounds and three assists while shooting 49 percent from the field.
Max Templeman Max Templeman 5'10" | PG Carthage | 2023 MO (Carthage): The 5’9″ point guard has been a fixture in the Carthage lineup since he entered the program as a freshman. He may be a small guard, but he’s a tough competitor who loves to attack the basket in the lane with determination. He is an excellent finisher on the drive and he can make perimeter shots. He has been the team’s leading scorer for the past two seasons.
