Either Lund or his teammate Kyle Sternberg Kyle Sternberg 6'4" | SG AHSTW | 2023 State IA were viable options here so we took the easy way out and tabbed both as co-POY. The Vikings were undefeated in league play last season and figure to be the team to beat in the conference again this season. Both score inside and out at a high clip, the offense can funnel through each of them, and they’re both strong on the glass.

A 6-3 combo forward who can facilitate the offense on the block or the high post, Lund has a smooth stroke from the arc and really good footwork and touch around the bucket. The Vikings’ leading scorer and rebounder from last year, he looks primed to have a huge senior year for a really good AHSTW team.

2023 Kyle Sternberg Kyle Sternberg 6'4" | SG AHSTW | 2023 State IA (AHSTW): 15.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.9 steals, 1.6 blocks, 50.7 FG%, 40.0 3P%

A skilled 6-5 wing who can really shoot it off the catch, Sternberg has the size and length to get his shot off whenever he wants and the ability to impact the game on the defensive end, evidenced by his 3.5 stocks a game last season. He has really improved as a playmaker over the last year.

2024 Grady Jeppesen Grady Jeppesen 6'0" | SG Riverside | 2024 State IA (Riverside): 18.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.7 steals, 75.7 FT%

A big-time wing scorer who has averaged 17.6 points a game during his first two high school seasons, Jeppesen is at his best when he’s playing downhill and getting to the bucket or the free-throw line.

2023 Michael Turner (Tri-Center): 14.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.3 steals, 48.9 FG%, 41.7 3P%

A talented 6-1 lead guard who led the conference in assists last season, Turner is a strong three-level scorer who also led the Trojans in scoring with solid 49-42-65 shooting splits.

2023 Ethan Dickerson Ethan Dickerson 6'8" | PF Treynor | 2023 State IA (Treynor): 11.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, 3.0 blocks, 57.1 FG%

An intimidating 6-8 big man who protects the painted area at a high level, as evidenced by his three blocks a game, Dickerson is a game-changing presence on both ends of the floor for the Cardinals.
