Key Players: Region 7

Region 7 is going to be a region that is full of teams that will get you if you are not ready. Each team has players that can go off and really take over a game. A few teams that will be contenders and threats. This region could have teams with multiple losses knock of someone in a higher seed in the playoffs.

Isaac Wolfe Isaac Wolfe 6'1" | PG Payson | 2023 State UT || Payson High School ||

When you look at shooters you have to mention Isaac. This kid can shoot at a high percentage. With so many players that shoot Isaac is a high percentage threat from out there. Isaac gives Payson a chance to beat anyone in the region and a fighting chance to beat anyone in 5A.

Tyler Christensen Tyler Christensen 6'4" | CG Cedar Valley | 2023 State UT || Cedar Valley High School ||

This Cedar Valley team has plenty of players that can score the ball. They have young scorers and veteran scorers. Ty not only provides scoring he provides defense at multiple positions. He rebounds the ball and can push the tempo on defensive boards. Great vision as he does find open players when he gets in the lane. Look for Ty to be a big part of the stat stuffing at Cedar Valley.

Chris Cox Chris Cox 6'7" | SF Phhoenix Prep | 2024 State AZ || Cottonwood High School ||

One of the best players in 2024 and he is starting to get some looks by Division 1 schools. He has height and athleticism that can translate to the next level. That is the main key with a player like Chris is that all that skill he has now that he showcases on his AAU team and high school team translates to the next level. Chris will be a difference maker on his team.

Micah Madry Micah Madry 6'5" | CG Hillcrest | 2023 State UT || Hillcrest High School ||

Micah is a sleeper prospect that has plenty of stock rising ability. He is a dual sport athlete as he plays QB and at 6’5 or so he is strong and also has next level potential. That lefty game is smooth and he knows how to score at a high level from deep and in the mid-range. Look for Micah to be more aggressive this year.

Ethan Simmons Ethan Simmons 6'4" | SG Tooele | 2023 State UT || Tooele High School ||

Toole has a next level athlete out there. He plays hard and he can play above the rim. This is a player that will be a double-double machine. He will put up 15 and 10 likely. Quicker than he is given credit for and he has a perimeter game that has gotten better. Might catch a poster or two this season.
