GWC: Prospects to Watch

6’8 PF Caquan Wester || Red Rock Prep || New York || 2023 ||

Not a bad overall player as he can bring the ball up the floor and he is not a ball stopper as he is a ball mover. He attacks the boards when shots go up. Aggressive on the boards on both ends of the floor. Soft hands in the paint that allow him to gather quickly and finish. Still has room to improve on his skills and development so he is a player that can continue to improve.

6’5 G Cole Franklin || Red Rock Academy || Texas || 2023 ||

We have seen Cole light it up with Dallas Showtime and his fluid play is something to really take in. Great positional size as he can shoot over players and punish them with his post play as well.

7’0 C Kahner Raby || Mountain View || Utah || 2024 ||

This kid is a major project but at 7’0 there might be a taker out there willing to put in the work.

6’8 Pharaoh Compton Pharaoh Compton 6'7" | PF Arbor View | 2024 State #150 Nation NV || AZ Compass || Arizona || 2024 ||

This kid has been compared to the likes of Draymond Green which is not a bad thing at all. He plays with a lot of energy and emotion and he has a high level motor. He does a great job of dipping his shoulder enough to clear space as he gets to the rim and dunks. Pharaoh dunks everything he can and on anyone. Defensively he blocks shots with that elite wingspan.

6’7 W Brody Kozlowski Brody Kozlowski 6'8" | SG Corner Canyon | 2024 State #126 Nation UT || Corner Canyon || Utah || 2024 ||

Brody is a big time shooter with a lot of next level size. Light out shooter that can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim but he uses his IQ. In the post he can do damage as well. Brody has been a stock rising prospect nationally and he looks to prove why.

6’10 C Brock Mendoza Brock Mendoza 6'9" | C Layton | 2023 State UT || Layton || 2023 ||

Big kid with a lot of upside. Low risk high reward as he runs the floor, plays big and moves his feet. Could be a sleeper in the class of 2023.

6’9 C Kyle Lemke Kyle Lemke 6'9" | C Dixie | 2024 State UT || Dixie || 2024 ||

The big fella has really taken a lot of strides to developing his game. Mature frame and game as well. He runs the floor extremely well. Turning into a MM Prospect.

6’3 G Kaden Ericksen Kaden Ericksen 6'2" | CG Syracuse | 2023 State UT || Magic Valley || Utah || 2023 ||

This kid has some great all-around game and he can get up and finish above the rim. In the perimeter he can really get it going. Not just a three-point shooter he can score at all levels.

6’8 F Blake Rawson Blake Rawson 6'8" | PF American Fork | 2024 State UT || American Fork || 2024 ||

Blake is a problem as he is strong and skilled. In the paint he can cause havoc especially when he is active rebounding both ends of the floor.
