2023
- Porter Bazil Porter Bazil 6'3" | SF Lincoln Northeast | 2023 State NE | 6’7 W | Lincoln Northeast/Nebraska Supreme (pictured) : Bazil is a very versatile prospect. Handles it and shoots it well for his size so could play 2-5. Quick off the bounce and utilizes his size against guards, and can blow by a 4 or 5 guarding him. Very confident shooter from deep and is not afraid to pull with a contest. Knocked down a handful of threes when I watched him at the Expo. Crashes boards hard on both ends, putback threat, and can guard 2-5.
- Brennon Clemmons Jr. | 6’7 SF | Lincoln North Star/Nebraska Supreme : Clemmons Jr. is a lanky, athletic, mobile forward out of the 2023 class. Great rebounder and puts himself in position, also a putback threat. Finishes through contact well on the block. Two hand slam threat down low as well. Uses length to block a lot of shots this past summer and winter.
- Rylan Smith Rylan Smith 6'1" | PG Lincoln Southwest | 2023 State NE | 6’2 PG | Lincoln Southwest/Nebraska Supreme : Smith does a little bit of everything at the one guard spot. Knockdown spot up shooter who is also a big fan of the pull up mid range jumper. Crafty and athletic finisher with a great handle and vision. Very reliable distributer. Provides great on-ball pressure and a lot of energy all game.
- Antallah Sandin-El | 6’7 PF | Lincoln North Star/Nebraska Supreme : Sandin-El shows out to be more of a stretch 4. Almost serves as a rebounding wing for the Gators. I like his handle and mobility at 6’7 as he’s athletic. Shoots it at a high clip from beyond the arc and can step in and knock down the mid range. Strong finishes in the paint and finishes above the defense. Active on boards on both ends and solid interior defense.
- Marcellus McCulley | 6’2 PG | Lincoln High/Malone Fastbreakers : McCulley is a very athletic guard from Lincoln High who missed last winter due to injury but had a huge summer. Very quick off the bounce and can finish through and around contact. Bouncy at the rim as well and can throw down in transition. Solid handle from the left side and is an absolute menace of an on-ball defender.
2024
- Treyson Anderson Treyson Anderson 6'9" | C Pius X | 2024 State NE | 6’9 PF | Lincoln Pius X/NBDA : Anderson is going to be one of Pius X’s biggest threat this year. 6’9 forward who has the capability to score inside and out. Very strong finisher down low who also has the ability to stretch the floor from deep. Very aggressive rebounder and shot blocker with a lot of length and size. Currently holds a division one offer with plenty more to come.
- Taye Moore Taye Moore 5'9" | PG Lincoln Southeast | 2024 State NE | 6’0 PG | Lincoln Southeast/Powerhouse Hoops Elite Brown : Moore is one of Lincoln’s most profound scorers and he proved that this summer. Shoots it well off the bounce and off the catch. Creates on the dribble drive and can knock down the midrange, convert on a runner, finish at the rim, or distribute to a teammate. Tight handle, very quick, and can be a consistent blow by. Stays solid on defensive end and contains ball handlers.
- Jake Hilkemann Jake Hilkemann 6'4" | SF Lincoln Southeast | 2024 State NE | 6’4 SG | Lincoln Southeast/Nebraska Supreme : Hilkemann will be a great addition to an already stacked Knights roster. Consistent 3 level threat that has a solid handle. Shoots it from deep well off the catch. Really like his abilty to stop on a dime and elevate on the mid range pull up, can convert on some tough shots in that area. Uses purposeful dribbles on drives and has great body control when finishing at the rim. Crashes and rebounds well on the offensive end.
- Bhan Buom Bhan Buom 6'5" | SF Wasatch Academy | 2024 NE | 6’7 SG | Lincoln Southwest/Nebraska Supreme : Buom is a very long and lanky guard that can score in a variety of ways. Great handle and change of pace at 6’7. Can create so well for himself off the dribble or catch. Shoots it well from deep and finishes well down low. Very quick on the defensive end does a tremendous job of containing his man.
- KG Gatwech | 6’3 SG | Lincoln North Star/Powerhouse Hoops Elite Brown : Gatwech is an uber athletic guard who can absolutely jump out of the gym, has some ridiculous athleticism. Shoots it well from beyond the arc. Very quick first step and explosive on drives to the basket. Shows off the bounce and finishes above the defense. He can flat out throw it down.
2025
- Chuck Love Chuck Love 6'6" | SG Lincoln Southwest | 2025 NE | 6’6 SG | Lincoln Southwest/MoKan Elite : Love is one of the highest ranked players in his respected 2025 class. Played on a very talented 2025 MoKan squad this summer on the EYBL circuit. Very consistent shooter off the catch and off movement. Very quick catch and shoot and does a great job of setting his feet right into his catch. Showed off a smooth mid range and can finish at the rim as well. 3 level threat who already had D1 interest and offers.
- Braden Frager Braden Frager 6'6" | SF Lincoln Southwest | 2025 State #211 Nation NE | 6’6 SF | Lincoln Southwest/Nebraska Supreme : Frager will be one of the states favorite prospects to watch through the years for his high flying dunking ability both in transition and out of the half court set. He can flat out fly. Aside from his dunking ability he utilizes his bounce and athleticism on the boards too. Can get crafty on his layups with a contest down low and can finish through and above defenders. Shoots it well from beyond the arc and plays impactful defense all around.
- Mari Shumaker Mari Shumaker 5'11" | PG Lincoln Southwest | 2025 NE | 5’11 PG | Lincoln Southeast/NRE : Shumaker is one of 2025’s shiftier guards. Starting point guard for the Knights as a freshman. Super tight handle and has the ability to create so much in an offense. Gets to the rim well and does a great job of getting into contact. Does a great job of distributing to teammates opposed to forcing. His jumper from beyond the arc has really come along as he knocked down plenty of 3s at our Top 250 Expo.
- Lazarek Houston | 5’9 PG | Lincoln Northeast/NRE : Houston is another smaller but very quick and shifty guard out of 2025 class. Loves the speed stop and blow by. Crafty finisher who absorbs contacts and can finish around it as well. Shoots it well from deep and also can hit some tough shots off the dribble. Great at pushing the pace and finding open guys in transition. Able rebounder as well.
- BJ Bradford BJ Bradford 5'11" | PG Lincoln Southwest | 2025 State NE | 5’10 PG | Lincoln Southeast/ETG Midwest : Bradford enters his sophomore season with a lot of impactful minutes as a freshman in games I saw. Another smaller but quicker guard in this 2025 class. Great handle matched with some good vision and to top it off a very nice stroke from deep. Creates off the dribble and has some creative finishes in his bag being a smaller guard. Active on the defensive end as he is a pest of an on-ball defender.
