Michael Gadberry Michael Gadberry 5'9" | PG Lisbon | 2024 State IA | Lisbon | 2024 – Gadberry had a solid sophomore year running the point guard for the Lions. He led the team in assists, averaging 3.7 a game, to go with just under 10 points a game. Running the point guard, he handles the ball well; sees the floor well; and is a solid shooter from outside. 4 of the Lions starters from last season graduated, so Gadberry will step into a huge role this year.
Colton Leichty | WACO | 2024 – Leichty averaged 8.0 ppg and 5.3 rpg, turning in a pretty solid sophomore season. He plays hard all the time and does it on both sides of the ball. He is a good rebounder on both ends, always keeping the ball up high. Offensively, he has a good post game and finishes well around the hoop. With a full year of varsity minutes under his belt, look for Leichty to have another solid year.
Drew Kluender | Woodbury Central | 2024 – Kluender had a solid sophomore season for the Wildcats. For the season, he averaged 7.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game. He is a solid scorer inside the three-point line and is good at finding open teammates. He sits down and defends on defense, and is really good at knocking down passes and shots.
Caden Kettmann Caden Kettmann 6'4" | SG Marquette Catholic Bellevue | 2024 State IA | Bellevue Marquette Catholic | 2024 – Marquette Catholic has a lot returning this season, but Kettmann stuffed the stat sheet last year. He averaged 9.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 2.0 steals, and 2.7 blocks a game. Kettmann is a creative finisher at the rim, and can also step out and hit shots from outside. He is a very active defender and a very active rebounder. After a nice sophomore season, Kettmann should enjoy another nice year.
