Jayden is effective down on the block and from the short corner. Boyd gives you an option to play inside-out at times on the floor for the Trojans. Prep Hoops is really looking forward to seeing him breakout and have a big season this year in the Upstate.
Nelson has been a fixture here over the years for the Lancers. Kanye will carry the team on his shoulders with a lot of new faces in the program. Nelson is shifty with the ball in his hands and has the ability to make some tough shots along the way.
Houston has a new change of address this season. Quentin will be at Rock Hill HS after playing at nearby Legion Collegiate. Houston is a great addition to the Bearcats and brings a solid work ethic on the court and in the classroom over to the Bearcats. Houston will make defenders pay if you decide not to guard him out on the perimeter with his ability to shoot the ball.
Grant brings great senior leadership for this Copperheads program. Lovette has been here at Catawba Ridge when the doors opened a few years back. Grant averaged 12.8 ppg last season for the (20-6) Copperheads.
Ke’Mari is really quick end to end with the ball in his hands. Boyd can change speeds and slow it down on the floor whatever the play calls for the Bearcats. Ke’Mari brings good explosion to get by defenders when needed with his quick first step.
Will is the ultimate GLUE-GUY on the floor for the Trojans. Brooks can’t beat you in a lot of ways when it just comes to playing the game. He does all the little things to make teams win. Will is currently playing Wide Receiver for the Trojans football team this fall.
Jordan is a very athletic left-handed slasher to the cup. Dahmer plays active in the passing lanes and never looks to take any plays off. Dahmer, Boyd and Houston give the Bearcats a nice centerpiece for this season for Head Coach Douglas Pearson.
How will the Blue Eagles fare this season under new Head Coach Darris Jackson? Alexander will look to provide some leadership for this program.
CJ is another option on this Trojans roster to make some shots for you down the stretch. Can the Trojans make some noise in the Upstate under new Head Coach Mike McCray this season?
Hall will for sure be making an appearance later this month in the new Palmetto State Rankings. Tim a Kentucky native played last season at Vertical Academy in the Hoop State. Tim has a warrior mentality at times on the glass with his willingness to rebound the ball on both ends of the floor.
