There were around 80 players who attended the camp from the 2023-2026 classes. Most players were from AZ but we had one from Cali, two from New Mexico and shockingly one from Maine looking for good competition.
Here were the 2025 top PG’s:
Braden Moore Braden Moore 6'3" | PG Lee County | 2025 State GA Yuma Catholic
One of the top pure point guards in attendance. He has a real burst to blow by his defenders and has a tight handle to dribble drive and touch the paint. He can pull-up from mid-range and get to the rim. He is the one the rare ones that can truly thread the needle in traffic to a teammate. He has a high IQ and he will defend on the ball.
Shay Yarde Shay Yarde 5'11" | PG Perry | 2025 State AZ Perry (Pictured)
A fast lefty scoring point guard. He has a quick first step to burst into the lane and he can rattle off triples in bunches. He can pull-up off the dribble from mid to the three and is a good up the court passer. He is quick on the ball defensively.
Hayden Maynard Hayden Maynard 5'10" | PG MacDuffie -"NEPSAC AA" | 2026 AZ Odyssey Prep
A strong pure point guard with a tight handle. He sees the court well and is a slick passer with his left or right hand. He gets hot quickly from the three point line and is a natural shooter. He gives high effort on the ball.
Gerron Jr Graham Gerron Jr Graham 6'2" | PG Premier Prep Tucson Academy | 2025 State AZ SoAZ Volz
A pure point guard with a very shifty handle. He can spray the ball around to his teammates and is constantly moving the ball. He will score in traffic with his left or right hand in the lane. He can hit the three and score in transition.
Eric Rubin Eric Rubin 6'1" | PG Cactus Shadows | 2025 State AZ Pinnacle
One of the top facilitators of the camp had his head on a swivel all day. The lefty flips the ball quickly up the court and will consistently drive and kick it. When he is looking to score, he has the floater game and is a driver to the cup with a quicker burst. He can shoot the three when he is in rhythm.
Ashton Berry Ashton Berry 5'10" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2025 State AZ Hamilton
Berry is moving over to being a point guard. He can definitely play both guard spots currently. He is a good ball handler and has speed in the open court. He can create separation off the dribble and get into the paint and use the floater and shows nice body control to finish. He will make up the court passes and shows energy on defense.
AJ Anderson AJ Anderson 6'0" | PG Paradise Valley | 2025 State AZ Paradise Valley
A scoring point guard can hit the catch three and has a soft touch on his free throws. He uses his tight handle to get into the paint and smartly uses the floater over the defenders arms. He sees the court like you should and he should be an impact player for the Trojans.
Danian Bernardo Danian Bernardo 5'11" | PG Prescott | 2025 State AZ Prescott
A high IQ pure point guard plays from the neck up. He had a good showing shooting the ball with the catch three. He can also burst by his defender and drive it through traffic. His best skill is still his passing. He is smart off the pick and roll and throws the dime.
David Cayetano David Cayetano 6'3" | PG Premier Prep Tucson Volunteers | 2025 State AZ Tucson
A quick point guard with a scoring mentality and good size. He will score through contact and moves without ball to relocate to get a clean look to shoot the three. He has quick hands to pick his opponents pockets on defense.
