Joshua Ingram Joshua Ingram 6'4" | SG St. Joe's Metuchen | 2023 State NJ , 6’4 SG St. Joe’s Metuchen
Ingram is the top available prospect in the GMC and will be one to watch throughout the season. The 6’4 guard has a smooth shooting stroke and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Ingram is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim and finish around the basket in a variety of ways. He has a solid handle and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Ingram is a scholarship guard who will make a college coach very happy at the next level.
Brandon Dean Brandon Dean 5'10" | PG South Plainfield | 2024 NLG , 5’10 PG South Plainfield
Dean has had a strong fall season, which should translate into a big senior season. The 5’10 guard has a good handle, which he uses to blow by his defender and finish around the basket. Dean does not get rattled by on-ball pressure and can shoot either off the dribble or catch. He gets his teammate involved in the half court and plays with quick hands on the defensive end. Dean is a scoring lead guard prospect who will pace South Plainfield’s offense this season.
Anthony Williams Anthony Williams 6'3" | SG St. Joe's Metuchen | 2023 State NJ , 6’3 SG St. Joe’s Metuchen
Williams had a solid junior campaign for the Falcons and should see an uptick in production in 2022-23. The 6’3 guard knows how to get to the basket and is a solid finisher in the paint. Williams moves well without the ball in his hands and has a quick release on his jumper. He is an underrated passer and works hard on the defensive end. Williams’ ability to hit shots in the half court will help his stock in a big way this season.
Khalid Brown Khalid Brown 6'2" | SG Piscataway | 2023 State NJ , 6’2 SG Piscataway
Brown will make an impact for Piscataway this season as he provides them with scoring punch on the perimeter. The St. Joe’s Metuchen transfer knows how to get to his spot on the floor and finishes nicely around the basket. Brown can knock down jumpers in the mid-range and does not make a ton of mistakes with the ball in his hands. He is a strong rebounder and uses his length to be disruptive on the defensive end. Brown is an intriguing prospect to watch this season with his ability to make an impact at both ends of the floor.
Jeremy Grospe Jeremy Grospe 5'10" | CG South River | 2023 State NJ , 5’10 CG South River
Grospe is part of a Rams’ squad that won 20 games last season and they have the potential to win 20 in 2022-23. The 5’10 guard has a lighting quick release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Grospe moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open jumpers and layups in the half court. He is a solid finisher around the basket and is an underrated passer. Grospe is a sharpshooting guard prospect who will knock down shots from behind the arc all season long.
