Along with the players, there were Division II, Division III, NAIA, and Junior College coaches in attendance as well. The competition was excellent throughout and there were a bunch of players that stood out. Now, let us take a look a look at the players from Team 13.
Highlights
Glover Jr is an undersized small forward that has a ton of strength. Solid pull-up jumper and is a strong offensive rebounder.
Highlights
Faison is a lead guard that can create space off the ball. Real good on the drive and kick as well and is pretty strong as well.
Thieman is a guard that can rebound pretty well. He is on the shooter end which does not help much but I though he could have been a little more aggressive at times.
Gwin is a guard that can shoot the ball from deep range. Very good on ball defender as well.
Highlights
Kent is a small shooting guard that works off screens pretty well. Needs to work on his defense and not getting beat by his man a little bit more. If he does not grow, he might be more of a lead guard in the future.
Highlights
Windy is a shorter shooting guard that is really fast. Can really push the tempo if he plays on the ball. Good catch and shooter as well.
Spates Jr is a guard that hustles. Real quick and is not afraid to dive for loose balls. Had multiple steals on the defensive end.
Highlights
Hughes is an undersized power forward that has natural athletic ability and strength. He has strong baseline drives and was always so aggressive. If he can finetune his skill a bit more he could be dangerous to play against.
Wright is a shooting guard that works the baseline well. Plays the wing more often than not however. Needs to be just a tad bit stronger with the ball.
Highlights
Young Jr is a lanky shooting guard that rebounds really well. Real strong first step and can get to the basket pretty well. Again proved he can be a legit scorer at all three levels.
