Bonneville High School || Bo Dixon Bo Dixon 5'8" | PG Bonneville | 2023 State UT || 2023 ||
Bonneville has really made the jump from 4A to 5A work and their level of play has gotten better. Bo Dixon Bo Dixon 5'8" | PG Bonneville | 2023 State UT is one of those players that has elevated his game. He shoots the ball well and he is a downhill PG that can make some plays happen with that creativity he displays with the ball in his hands. Off the ball he really makes it rain. He shot the ball really well in the playoffs so look for him to be one of the better guards in Region 5 and he will be a key player that comes back on a team that played very well last season.
Bountiful High School || Charlie Smith Charlie Smith 6'5" | SG Bountiful | 2025 State UT || 2025 ||
When it comes to young developing talent with a solid ceiling Charlie is one of the first names that comes to mind. He plays that wing position as he can play a lot of the perimeter positions but also mix it up inside. Last season he showed flashes of good play and this summer he proved that he is a player that can score. He should be a welcomed addition to the starting lineup as he can play and he is a future piece in Bountiful making a run in 5A.
Box Elder High School || Jackson McKee Jackson McKee 6'6" | PF Box Elder | 2023 State UT || 2023 ||
Sleeper prospect at the next level. He is a player every NWAC school should be all over. He is getting it done from all over the floor and expect him to be even better this year. At 6’5 he’s got some size at the guard position. Should be putting up 15+. If he gets into the 20 PPG category Box Elder should be really good.
Northridge High School || Caden Christensen || 2023 ||
Northridge graduated a lot of their scoring production so players like Caden will really have to step it up. He has the ability and if he can score in the teens he could really give Northridge a scoring boost.
Viewmont High School || Zach Robison Zach Robison 6'2" | CG Viewmont | 2023 State UT || 2023 |
Zach is a solid player that can get going from deep. Do not be surprised if you see him have multiple 4 to 5 three pointers made a lot next season. He is a player that if he is left open he is going to make teams pay.
Woods Cross High School || Jaxon Smith Jaxon Smith 6'1" | PG Woods Cross | 2023 State UT || 2023 ||
Jaxon is going to be a very well balanced player as he was last season. He can score from all over and he has a quick trigger. If he can average 4 rebounds and 5 or more assist he is going to be a big piece in another return to the state title game. With shooting and passing ability Jaxon could be a triple threat on the floor at all times and he could be a key player for Woods Cross.
