This kid most certainly has the potential be number 1 on this list someday. He’s a powerhouse that can score off both blocks. Randolph isn’t just a rebounder and rim protector. He moves really well offensively, allowing him to be a very active part of the offense.

Nweke can play either forward spot, but in high school ball, his work in the paint will be key. He’s a long athlete that can finish above the rim with ease. He’s dangerous off the wing in transition. Nweke knows how to fill a lane and make himself available for the pass in the open floor.

Cooper is another forward that can play either the 3 or the 4. He might transfer to the next level as a 3, but I’m putting him here because of the matchup nightmare he’s be for Cass Tech if a big 4 was covering him. Cooper is an exciting above the rim finisher and he gets off the ground in a hurry. He’s very comfortable working out of the corner where he could draw a post player away from the rim and attack.

Wedlow came into high school as a raw but very talented post player. He’s seen dramatic improvement over the last year or 2. Wedlow looks bigger and physically stronger, making him able to bang with the best and truly control the paint. He’s a solid defender that can block shots and defend the rim.

I think Coffey is in position to have a huge senior season. The talk is that he and star point guard Chas Lewless Chas Lewless 6’3″ | PG Detroit King | 2024 KS play well together and that could lead to a ton of success. Coffey is powerful on the boards and can play with and through contact. He’s a high percentage scorer that should get some good looks at the rim this season.
