The Prep Hoops Louisiana Top 250 brought out a lot of talent that we normally do not see under one roof. Some of the guards, wings, and forwards who participated showed the potential to be big time players for their respective teams. These potential GameChangers will more than likely be some of the most heralded players around the state this season. Let us take a look at these GameChangers from the guard, wing, and forward position.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560377' first='Allen' last='Graves'] (6'8" | Ponchatoula)

Graves has blossomed during the summer and continued his good play at the Top 250. He is becoming a solid inside and outside threat which is going to give defenses problems on a nightly basis.

Why Graves is a GameChanger? - Because of his ability to shoot the three, rebound, and score on the interior, he will be a nightmare for teams to guard. He has the potential to put up first team all-state numbers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1105548' first='Michael' last='Mouton'] (6'4" | St. Thomas More)

Mouton can stretch the floor and put the ball on the deck. He has the potential to take over games with his ability to score from multiple places and play multiple positions within the offense.

Why Mouton is a GameChanger? - Because he can create his own offensive opportunities with the ball in his hands. He can also play pick-and-pop real well with the guards.

[player_tooltip player_id='1105528' first='Noah' last='Brookter'] (6'2" | Southside)

Brookter has supreme athletic ability. He can attack the rim and dunk at a moments notice. Sometimes he gets himself into trouble with the dribble but he usually makes up for it on the defensive end. Brookter has a big upside as an off guard.

Why Brookter is a GameChanger? - Because he is a two-way player who can alter a game on either end of the floor. From attacking the rim and scoring to making a big steal, he has the goods to be a GameChanger.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560424' first='Omarion' last='Layssard'] (6'2" | Northwood-Lena)

Layssard is a freak of nature to be honest. No one plays harder than he does and nobody attacks the rim more. He loves contact and finishes through it more times than not. When he is making the three, he is one of the hardest players to guard.

Why Layssard is a GameChanger? - Because he makes game-changing plays when he has the ball in his hands. Whether it is a dunk or an and-1 layup, Layssard is going to make a play to give his team the upper hand.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560375' first='Chase' last='Meeking'] (6'2" | Union Parish)

We may look up at the end of the season and realize Meeking is one of the better players in the Boot. At the Top 250, he scored from all levels with a variety of shots. His basketball IQ makes him a unique challenge for defenders.

Why Meeking is a GameChanger? - Because of the variety in his game. He is a basketball player who can score, defend, and rebound. The variety in his attack and overall game makes him tough to stop.

[player_tooltip player_id='1492970' first='Marques' last='Wilson'] (6'3" | Green Oaks)

Wilson is another player who has a very high ceiling. He served more as a rebounder and finisher on the break during the Top 250. However, he knows how to put it on the deck and make plays.

Why is Wilson a GameChanger? - Because he can literally do everything. He can lead the break in one instance and finish the break on another. His athleticism and skills are unmatched.

GameChangers will be named during the school year. Watch for GameChangers as the season begins during the month of November.
