2024: Junior Positional Rankings: PF/C’s

The 2024 rankings are out.

We dive into the positional rankings. We now look at the power forwards and centers for the junior class. 

Here are the top-8 PF/C’s in the 2024 class:

Aiden Sherrell Aiden Sherrell 6'9" | PF Prolific Prep | 2024 #39 Nation CA-N Hillcrest Prep

A nationally ranked bigger forward who can play inside and out. He can shoot the three easily plus plays way above the rim on the break. In the paint he scores on hook shots, put backs and can crab dribble to create own shot.

Jovan Milicevic Jovan Milicevic 6'9" | PF Dream City Christian International | 2024 State #64 Nation AZ Dream City Christian

A highly skilled forward who is THE best shooters in the group. His stroke from the three is pure and he has advanced post footwork to utilize. He is a very good passer and thinks the game.

Pharaoh D’Kai Compton Pharaoh D’Kai Compton 6'7" | PF AZ Compass | 2024 State #150 Nation AZ AZ Compass Prep (Pictured)

One of the longest forwards in the state has a maybe absurd +9 wingspan. He plays with a huge motor and springs off the floor to throw it down. He rim runs, blocks shots and rebounds at a high level.

Bradey Henige Bradey Henige 7'0" | C Cactus | 2024 State #166 Nation AZ Cactus

The biggest junior in state has high skill level, a good feel for the game for position and strength. His passing skills for his size is second to none. He is hard to defend with his dominant left hand and is starting to extend his shooting to the three.

Ibrahim Souare Ibrahim Souare 6'10" | PF Dream City Christian International | 2024 State AZ Dream City Christian

A high flying lefty power forward is extremely fast and athletic. He has a huge motor to grab rebounds out of his area and is a top of the box type of rebounder. He can make an occasional three but scores mostly on dunks and put backs.

Jai Anthoni Bearden Jai Anthoni Bearden 6'6" | PF Sunnyslope | 2024 State AZ Sunnyslope

An athletic forward is that hybrid type who can play the three and four. He is great in transition and can rip through and score in traffic. He is shooting the ball better from mid to the three point line and after he sits his nine games, he will make a huge impact.

Ring Nyeri Ring Nyeri 6'8" | PF Liberty | 2024 State AZ Liberty

A long and fluid four-man is a top-notch shot blocker. He covers a lot of ground on defense and can switch easily from guards to the posts. He has a hook shot and can shoot it from the perimeter.

Marsai Mason Marsai Mason 6'6" | PF Phhoenix Prep | 2024 State AZ Phhoenix Prep

A long and lean forward who can play the 3-4. He rebounds, passes well for position and can score from inside and out. He is a fluid mover and look for him to breakout this season.
