A confident guard with a slick handle, Latham brought his Midwest style of basketball to Fairburn last season, averaging 8.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.2 steals. Randy can break down defenders off the dribble but will need to continue to extend his jump shooting range. He went 3-7 from deep.
Arguably the best athlete in the state, Avante Nichols Avante Nichols 6’3″ | SF McDonough | 2023 State GA had an important offseason for his development, showcasing more than just his leaping ability. Nichols has begun to pepper in the mid-range shot along with the occasional three-pointer. He’s known for his bounce and motor, which make him an impactful slasher and rebounder. Nichols averaged 8.9 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.2 steals and 1 block per game as a junior. While he only took 32 threes last season he did connect at a 41% rate.
Terrell Reeves Terrell Reeves 6’6″ | PF North Cobb | 2023 State GA is all arms and legs. He’s got outstanding length and runs the floor well. Reeves erases shots at the rim and has a hook shot to score inside. Terrell can help push the ball in transition in spurts. His best basketball is ahead of him.
Highlights
Maryville and Birmingham Southern have offered. Bellomy has great size and strength. He has improved his balance and footwork in the low post. Playing with confidence and a mean streak helps his game immensely. Bellomy has shown flashes of his upside over the course of his career and could be on the verge of putting it all together in Year 4.
