Grgur Brcic Grgur Brcic 6'10" | PF Williston Northampton | 2023 State NLG , Williston Northampton, HT 6’10, Position PF, Class 2023
Grgur had a standout weekend at the NEPSAC Showcases. He is an incoming post grad at Williston Northampton, and has played for the Croatia national team. His performance got the attention of division 1 coaches, and I think he has the skills to play at that level. He is 6’10, 240, and can run the floor well. He is a physical player, and a force down low. He is a rim protector, and can play above the rim. He has a soft touch around the rim, and can also stretch the floor, with his ability to attack off the dribble, and his improving three point shot. He had a dominate performance in the game I saw. He has a few transition dunks, showed his ability to beat defenders off the dribble, and his athleticism. His combination of skills, size, and strength, make him a division 1 level prospect. Here is a link to some highlights.

Aidan Duffy, Portsmouth Abbey, Class 2023, HT 6’7, Position PF
Aidan is a versatile stretch forward, who showed his overall skill set during the showcases. A 6’7 forward who can shoot the three is great for today’s basketball. He is good on the catch and shoot, and can get going from outside the arc. He hit some nice three pointers in the showcases. He also showed his length on defense, making it tough for the opposing players to shoot over him. You don’t have to block a shot, to make an impact on defense. Altering a shot can be just as effect some time. He has the ability to space the floor, but is also physical, and can go down hill at defenders. He is really a team player, and plays well against man, or zone. Against zone he moves the ball quickly, and can shoot. Against man, he is good on set plays, and also scoring off the dribble, or cutting.
Jack Bleier, Choate, 6’3, Position CG, Class 2023,
Jack is a very tough combo guard. He can run the point, and also play shooting guard. In the showcases had has some tough finishes with contact. Jack is doing a post grad year at Choate, and has the potential to really raise his stock. He showed his ability to guard multiple positions in the showcases, and was able to switch on the screens with no problem on the perimeter. Jack is hard working, and a good team player. Last season he had stats of an 8:1 assists to turnover ration, 80 assists, 60 three pointers made, and 51 steals.
Andre Mils, Brimmer and May, HT 6’4, SG, Class 2024
Andre is a high level talent, with a such a quick move off the dribble. He has a strong level explosiveness when going to the basket. He can also stop on a dime. He is very athletic, and can score at all three levels. He can get his shot off in multiple ways, and is a threat from three point range. On defense his quickness, and his defense stance make it hard for players to drive by him. He is active in the passing lanes, and rotates well in the help side, when he is one or two passes away. Andre has multiple division 1 offers, including Boston College, VCU, Providence, Rutgers, Iowa, and more.
