Below are some of the best floor generals I saw over the weekend.

Will Kirsch | D1 Minnesota

Kirsch is a floor leader who was a reliable option for D1 Minnesota. His shifty footwork and tight handle allowed him to get downhill and attack the basket consistently. He has a knack for finding the open man with the ball in his hands, making for easy baskets and open looks on the perimeter. His ability to cover space and awareness to make the right read left opponents frozen and picking their poison. His agility and proactive play carried over to the defensive end, as he was able to contest without fouling and get tips and deflections. 

Kwatamah Silkpoh | Minnesota Takeoff 

Silkpoh is an offensive threat that showed high-school movements when running the show. The agile guard finds space and his spots with little or no effort in the half-court which made for the fluid offense for Minnesota Takeoff. His ability to dominate one on one situations allowed him to make plays for himself and his teammates in key moments. His quick first step kept opponents at bay which allowed him to show off his smooth jump shot. Silkpoh made an impact on the other end as well with; constant ball pressure, the ability to anticipate passes, unwavering energy, and effort that led the way for his team. 

Ariel Tsaiger | Triumph Basketball

Tsaiger is a three-level scorer with impressive patience on the offensive end. He was at his best in transition where he displayed his superior speed and agility. His strength and skill are advanced as he was able to maintain straight-line drives and finish around the rim with opponents reaching and bumping him. He was a reliable initiator for Team Triumph in the half-court, remaining upbeat under pressure. His low dribble and ability to use his body bought time for him to find cutting teammates and allow the offense sets to take place. 

Camare Young | Team Tyus 

Young is a versatile scorer with a great tempo about him. His size and steady jump shot pulled opponents’ big men out of the paint. When chased off the line he was able to create off the dribble for himself and his teammates. Young was decisive as a playmaker and displayed next-level awareness with the ball in his hands. He reached his spots consistently and finished with smooth pull-ups in the mid-range and crafty floaters around the rim. His ability to use his body was a major asset for Team Tyus. He was a reliable option and a mismatch problem each time out on the floor. 

Malachi Ransom | Chicago Demons

Dickerson is an agile prospect who was impactful on the offensive end. The offensive threat guard has great pace and poise about himself while handling the ball. Rarely sped up or pressured into bad decisions. His rhythm and confidence made for timely baskets for the Chicago Demons. Dickerson was at his best when playing off the ball. His feel for the game put him in opportune spots and provoked great ball movement for his team. When given space he proved to be a sniper from range.
