Cameron Hutson Cameron Hutson 6'5" | SF East Lansing | 2025 State MI (2025) East Lansing (Bates Fundamentals)
Hutson impressed me against Nova Village with his slashing ability off the wing. Great vertical leaping on the glass. Excelled on the offensive end against man-to-man defense. Once Nova shifted to a zone, Hutson was unable to create as much or get as clean of looks with penetration. Still a solid athletic guard.
Sharod Barnes (2025) Orchard Lake St. Mary (Bates Fundamentals)
Barnes played similar to teammate Cameron Hutson Cameron Hutson 6'5" | SF East Lansing | 2025 State MI as he got good penetration off dribble drive situations. Persistent with his attacking and did a good job attacking the gaps in the zone defense. His shot selection was the only questionable part of his game as his decision making wasn’t great at times. Much of this is due to his younger age.
Uchenna Amene Uchenna Amene 6'2" | PG Detroit Catholic Central | 2024 State MI (2024) Southfield Christian (REACH Legends)
Amene played an instrumental role for REACH in their win over All Ohio-Red Sunday. The 6-foot-1 guard got after it on the defensive end using his excellent footwork moving side-to-side. Very much a tempo guard that liked to push the pace when able. Avoided pressure on the defensive end with his crisp ball-handling.
Bryce O’Mara Bryce O’Mara 6'7" Grand Blanc Community S | 2024 MI (2024) Grand Blanc (REACH Legends)
O’Mara is a high IQ player that makes the smart play over and over again. At 6-foot-7, he has potential to be an inside-out player if he adds some muscle to his frame. O’Mara lacks the athleticism from some other prospects at that size, which makes me believe if he can add some muscle he can be a good stretch 4.
Zack Scherler Zack Scherler 6'11" | C Clarkston | 2025 MI (2024) Clarkston (REACH Legends)
Scherler has a lot of size that REACH needed to counter AOR and their TOp 50 big in Tyler McKinley. Long arms which he used to control rebounds. Solid post defender as he played with his hands up and bodied up opposing bigs. Another promising player at 6-foot-10 that played a great game against a great team.
