Spring is here and that can only mean one thing. It's Circuit Season! The Prephoops Circuit is upon us. I will be covering and providing exposure for the Hustle Region Circuit. The Hustle Region Circuit consists of AAU Programs from California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Colorado, and New Mexico. The circuit features 10 stops including the Hustle Region Final in Irvine July 15th – 17th. Stop number 5 sends us to Irvine California, for the Hustle In The Sun, where we will have everyone playing under one roof inside the Momentous Sports Arena. The event was home to some high-level Floor Generals. In this article, we take a look at the top PGs from the event.

Landen Martin 5'11 PG Team Revenge 2024 - I just like how Martin controlled the game. He didn't shoot the ball a ton, however, he made sure that everyone got a touch. He's going on my all everyone eats team, as the PG skillfully dished out passes to teammates. Martin is the epitome of a floor general, as having a guy like this handling the ball allows for everyone to stay in rhythm.

Isaiah Medrano 5'7 PG El Paso 2023 - Medrano was solid this weekend. He is a lot like his teammates Adam Bohls, who is a card-carrying member of my All Wiggle and Blow By Team. Medrano also has some floor generalship, as he managed to create looks for himself, as well as hit open teammates running the wings in transition.

Jeremiah Calhoun 6'2 PG Team Eleate 2022 - Calhoun has good size for the position and uses it well. He's one of those guys who isn't extremely fast but seems to always be going faster than his opponent. The two-sport star didn't play in every game, however, he was good in the game I saw, showing the ability to breakdown defenders as well as defend his position.

[player_tooltip player_id="994959" first="Xavier" last="Ogle"] 5'9 PG D1 Southern California 2023 - Ogle is really starting to grow on me. The PG does a lot of good things on the floor, including handling against pressure and defending. He's not a shooter, however, he can shoot the ball. He knocked down a couple of late threes in the game I watched. He's probably been one of the top stock risers on the circuit so far.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253214" first="Mateen" last="Rafiq"] 6'0 PG Rose City 2024 - Rafiq is one of the top players in NorCal class of 2024 and it was easy to see why. No one was able to stay in front of him, as he could have easily been a member of my All Wiggle and Blow By Team. His overall floor generalship however was just too good to ignore. Seemed like Rose City was always in a close game, and Rafiq had to make the correct play time and time again. I loved his ability to get into the paint and then decide if he needed to score or dish.

Levi Sweeney 6'0 PG NWA 2023 - It was a coming-out party for Sweeney. He flashed a lot of skills, this weekend, however his most impressive may have been his IQ. The PG masterfully diagnosed zone and man defenses, getting his teammates in the correct spots each time. His physical skills were pretty good as well. He shot the ball accurately from three and showed the ability to finish in traffic in transition. The 6'0 PG is definitely going to be a player to keep an eye on as the circuit moves forward.

For Exclusive Content With Top Prospects
