Over Mother’s Day weekend, Momentous Sports Center in Irvine, CA played host to the PH Circuit’s Hustle in the Sun. Held over two days(Saturday 5/7 and Sunday 5/8), the event featured a lot of up and coming talent. I was at the event both days and I focused on watching the 15U division. Here’s a look at some of the top wing players I saw.

1. Andrew Clyburn - IE Fire Elite 2025

Clyburn stood out mostly for his non scoring ability. He was a smart decision maker when it came to having the ball in his hands and making the right pass. He’s a very good rebounder, especially on the offensive end. He made a lot of hustle plays and he stays after missed shots and loose balls. Good defensive player on-ball. He can move without the ball to score or he can create space for his shot with the ball in his hands.

2. Charles Cobbs - AZ Gremlins 2 2025

Cobbs is a nice combo guard prospect. He’s a willing passer and a good ball-handler. Keeps his head up on the break and looks ahead to open teammates. He can shoot the ball well from three-point range; can hit pull-up threes in transition. He can also get into the paint and finish at the rim through the defense. Good off the dribble game. Able to drive and kick to open shooters.

3. Ryan Leggitt - AZ Gremlins 2 2025

Leggitt is a player who has good size as a guard/forward. Good shooter from both midrange and three-point range. He can handle the ball a bit in the half court and he uses screens well to get free for jumpers. Good use of jab steps to get off jumpers. He can also attack off screens and get to the rim.

4. Darryl Stickman - Swoosh Elite 2025

Stickman was a do it all type wing. He can handle the ball on the break. Does a good job shooting pull-up jumpers and creating space to get his shot off. He’s long and athletic and likes to go left when attacking the rim. He keeps his head up in transition and can make good passes to teammates. Able to score off ball with good cuts to the rim. Good rebounder.
