Paxton Volpe, NYBC Elite, Position G, Class 2022
The NYBC Elite teams is off to a good start this spring. In only their second season early in the spring season, they have already won a tournament, and went 2-0 this past weekend. Paxton Volpe has been a key contributor for the team. Paxton has been recognized with earning a Zero Gravity player of the game. Paxton is a pass first guard. He has good handles, and a good shot. He has been finishing well at the rim, and also shooting well. He also does a good job getting his teammates involved, and sees the floor well. He can play on the ball or off the ball. Paxton is a good on ball defender, and a hard working player, with a good attitude.
Ryan Hatem, NYBC Elite, Position G, Class 2022,
Ryan is another key contributor for the NYBC Elite team. Ryan might not be the tallest player, but he makes up for it with his athleticism, and strength. Ryan is strong finisher at the rim, and knows when to attack the close outs, and when to shoot. Ryan plays with high energy, and has a high basketball IQ.
Micah Gershenson, ASA, Position PG/SG, Class 2025
Micah has been having a strong spring season for ASA. Micah is a skilled guard, with a crafty skill set. He shoots the ball at a high percentage from three. He can shoot off the dribble, he can spot up, and he moves well without the ball. Micah also sees the floor well and is a good passer. Micah is a player to watch this spring AAU season.
Ryan Sserunkuma Ryan Sserunkuma PF Newton South | 2025 New E , ASA, Position F, Class 2025
Ryan is a forward, who can attack the basket, and finish strong at the rim. Ryan has really improved his shooting and ball handling skills. Ryan is a good rebounder, and also a good shot blocker. Ryan has good potential, if he continues to work on his game.
Nathan Couche, Mass Elite, Position G/F, HT 6-5, Class 2023
Nathan is a 6-5 player, who can play out on the wing and be a slasher. Nathan has a good around skill set. He is athletic, and a strong built. He can attack if the dribble, and also shoot the ball. He can play above the rim, and is a playmaker. Nathan will be an impact player at the college level.
