6’2 CG Zuriel Marquez Zuriel Marquez 6'2" | CG Juan Diego Catholic | 2023 State UT || Juan Diego Catholic || 2023 ||
It was apparent that when Zu was on the floor for his high school team there was a different dynamic with them as he provided more than just excellent guard play. Zu is a player that can take 1-3 duties at the high school level. With a solid right to left and left to right cross that gets him really lateral he can create space for himself in order to create a driving lane or a passing lane. He does possess some elite passing ability. Mid-range is solid as well as his ability to finish at the rim. Zu can be a two-way player, really like to see him defend at the club level as he doesn’t have to sit in a zone. This kid could be a good find for the right program.
6’4 G Joe Larbie Joe Larbie 6'5" | PF Provo | 2022 State UT || Provo High School || 2022 ||
With Provo not getting many wins in the past few years players like Joe often get unseen. Joe is a quality athlete that has next level potential. He could really develop at the next level as he is a must see player that can add some depth to the guard position at the right school next year.
6’8 C Jackson Rose Jackson Rose 6'9" | C Cedar Valley | 2022 State UT || Cedar Valley High School || 2022 ||
Jackson is a stock riser that has some solid game in him and he just needs an opportunity at a school next year that will give him some run. With good size and mobility Jackson has a nice back to the basket game that can translate to the next level. Defensively he holds his own as he has some solid wall-ups and he contest shots at the rim. If you’re looking for a big he is a solid player to consider.
6’0 G Max Russo Max Russo 6'1" | PG Cottonwood | 2023 State UT || Cottonwood High School || 2023 ||
Max will get a lot more time as players graduate from his high school team. Max has some high level shooting ability and we look forward to watching him showcase that this grassroots season. Does a little bit of everything but intrigued by his shooting ability.
6’4 W Cassius Toiaivano || Mountain View High School || 2024 ||
This young player is a bright spot on a team that is trying to rebuild with youth. Cassius does a little bit of everything and he has a good shot and he has a good motor as you can see it with his effort on the boards. This kid is poised to have a good Spring/Summer that will help him carry that momentum into the high school season.
