Aaron Claytor 6’3 2024 PG of Iolani, HS (HI) San Francisco Rebels 17U
A high IQ prospect we’ll be seeing more of. He plays a balanced, and quality floor game, seldom hurried or rushed with the ball. He has good vision and passing skills to lead the offense up top. He plays with patience and can find his spots to hit the mid-range jumper. He has good length, movement and good awareness on defense.
Tayden Collings 6’4 2024 SF of Ben Holt HS, CA. (The Right Way To Play)
A good size forward with a good upside and plenty of room to grow his game. He has to bulk up a bit and get more physical while in the post area, nevertheless he’s a solid player at the 16u level. He doesn’t force things, there were moments where he was hard to guard, he’ll get his points in the paint. He’s a good passer from the high and low post. His defense was okay, and he’ll rebound. He’s on the Wrights Watch List.
Isaiah Garcia 6’2 2023 CG of Bishop Manogue HS Reno NV. (Jam On It Run n Gun)
A versatile guard who made good decisions with the ball. He’s an excellent passer with good vision in transition and half-court. He executes the pick-and-roll effectively. He has a pull-up jump shot with good lift in the paint, and he can finish through contact in transition and on the drive.
Isaiah Ito 6’1 2023 PG of Christion Brothers HS, CA. (Rose City Ballers 17u Select)
He was a solid performer as a pass-first point guard. His handles are good, he uses his left and right effectively, he uses his body well to make up for not being speedy, he was effective. He has the vision to find cutters, and locate shooters spotting up on the perimeter. He can hit the mid-range jumper, and has a floater to finish.
Carte Thomas 5’8 2024 SG, PG of Pittsburg HS, CA. (Dream Sports Academy)
He’s solid as a rock loaded with confidence scoring points. At 5’8 he was a consistent scorer for his team down the stretch in a tight ball game. He wanted the ball, he made big shots when the team needed one. He has a mid-range shot that goes in, he pulled up several times in transition to convert a 3ptr.
Mahlik Smith 6’1 2023 CG of Oakland Tech HS, CA. (San Francisco Rebels 17U)
A strong combo guard with good handles, strength, and balance to make his way into the paint for points. He can finish through contact. He’s an experienced player that doesn’t try to do too much. He can hit the mid-range jumper, handle and pass in the open court. He’s a good defender, and rebounds from the guard spot.
