I cant wait to see what the do during the remainder of the tournament, as well as the growth they will begin to show over the next few months!
Cameron Garza 2025 6’1 John J High School, TX (Nike ProSkills San Antonio 2025 Black)
Cameron is a high level scorer with the ability to put the ball on the floor and score at will off the dribble. He calmly scored from the midrange off the dribble and beyond the arc when given opportunities to catch and shoot. He routinely got into the teeth of the defense and put pressure on them through his constant aggression on the offensive end of the floor. His ability to get into the paint and creatively evade contact with fancy euro steps, he even showed an ability to change his shot angle once he has left his feet. I was very impressed with his prowess on the offensive end of the floor, he is a very skilled and creative scorer off the dribble from all three levels of the floor. I would like to watch him develop on making crisp passes with either hand to find his teammates, he will have all the ability to score off the bounce and once his facilitating ability and the way he sees the floor matches up with where he is already on the offensive side of the ball, Greater San Antonio is going to have a major prospect to keep their eyes on.
Ross St. Aime 2025 6’5 Clear Brook High School, TX (Houston Kings Elite 2025)
Ross is a high level wing with all of the tools to play outside in, or inside out depending on the matchup and what his team needs. He is a lanky prospect with great length and ability to rebound the ball and dominate on the glass. He is great at using his length to routinely score over the top of his opponents in the paint. He routinely scored with his back to the basket and works hard to seal his opponents off in the paint. He showed an ability to get downhill with a live dribble as well, however I would like to see him get more aggressive off the bounce. He has all the tools to easily score over anyone from the midrange and in the paint. I would like to see him develop more spin moves and ability to quickly create space in the paint, both off the bounce and with his back to the basket.
Jacory Singh 2025 6’2 Denton High School, TX (DC Kings Denton 2025)
Jacoru attacks the rim hard off the bounce, and is good at using his length to score over the top of smaller opponents that are forced to guard him on the perimeter. He is aware of his size on the offensive end of the floor and routinely uses it to dominate in the paint. He is an aware and creative passer out of the mid post, and can explode out of the triple threat to the rim or find his teammates flashing to the basket or spotting up beyond the arc on the weak side of the defense. I would like to see him work on pulling up from beyond the arc and the midrange off the dribble. He is a dynamic weapon when he gets a full head of steam and gets into the paint, and the floor will open up even more for him as he continues to develop from beyond the arc and threaten the defense from even further.
Shawn Smith 2025 6’3 Denison High School, TX (Sparks Basketball Team 2025)
Shawn is an explosive athlete who has all of the athletic tools to become a valuable and dynamic prospect. He is great at out leaping his opponents for rebounds, blocking shots in the paint and on the perimeter, as well as finishing at the rim. His ability to consistently grab rebounds off the glass by sealing his opponent on the glass and skying for rebounds. He is quick with a live dribble and uses his foot speed and athleticism to blow by his defender and get into the paint. He routinely got his defender off balance with his handle and got into the paint and found his big men with smart dump off passes. I would like to see him work on his consistency to shoot from the outside, as well as scoring off the dribble. He can easily develop into a high level prospect, especially as he continues to develop his ability to see the floor and read the game.
Alejandro Mireles 2025 6’3 Albuquerque High School, NM (New Mexico D1 2025)
Alejandro is a sharp shooting guard off the catch who always seems to be ready to catch and fire quickly over the top of the defense. He is skilled at moving without the ball, and creatively getting open from pin downs and off ball screens. I loved watching him quickly set his feet and get shots up to punish the defense by always staying open on the weak side of the court. He has great shot mechanics and form, paired with a quick release and a real ability to shoot over the top of his opponents. I would like to watch him to continue to develop his ability to score off the dribble and affect the defense with his handle and ability to get into the paint and put pressure on the defense.
