Heart And Hustle’s glue guy, Murray is seemingly this team’s motor. A capable defender, and passer and has shown a great ability to score the ball at all 3 levels. I think we’ve yet to see this young prospect’s ceiling. He was a vital part of their big win over a stacked SWFL Hoops roster. He does a lot of things well, every timeout you see him listen with intention.
Being coachable isn’t something that shows up on a stat sheet but it’s something us coaches love to see when reading about a prospect. Trey keeps the team’s energy high giving them the ability to upset teams most wouldn’t think they’d best. Both his team and Trey maintain an underdog mentality, it’s fun basketball to watch.

Versatile and consistent are two words that come to mind when watching him play. Throughout 8 games on the Prep Hoops circuit, he’s averaged almost 15 PPG and 6 assts helping his team improve to a 6-2 record, that’s quite the feat as he plays on a loaded roster where all the players can score.
Cutler is unselfish and generally looks to get his entire team involved. If you’ve watched him play then you know how easily this guard blows by defenders creating for his team or finishing at the rim. Cutler is a consistent 3-level scorer. The rising junior often passes up looks to make sure his teammates are getting touches to keep team chemistry, he understands the flow and speed of the game, and when it needs to be changed. I expect him to continue to have a great outing on the circuit. High IQ player.

I love this prospect’s game. I’m going to do everything I can to bring a spotlight to this young man’s skill set. He’s an absolute menace on the court. From the moment he steps onto the floor he’s in attack mode looking to punish opposing defenses. I believe Daniels had the highest PPG out of any of the PG’s playing this past weekend.
If they needed a 3 he was pulling up and shooting and doing so at an impressive percentage. Need someone to drive-thru traffic and finish Rey was your man. He’s a blur when pushing the ball in transition. I’ll be making a point to pull up to some of his high school games this coming season, till then I continue to expect big things from this Miami guard this travel season.

King caught my eye when they pulled off what might have been the upset of the weekend against a tough G1 team. The Liberty Edge PG led the charge all weekend ensuring his team’s offense was run with precision. Nothing flashy in this young man’s game, and to be honest I enjoyed that part. His game was pure, no over dribbling. He was vocal directing his team through sets and finding the open man. To add this point guard can absolutely torch the net, his first game hitting an impressive 5/7 from behind the arc.

God 1st’s lead man had a great outing this past weekend at Proving Grounds. Delgardo plays up-tempo, he loves to attack the rim in transition when he has the lane. Derek shoots the ball extremely well and from deep, well beyond the high school arc. He’s an intelligent player and knows when he needs to move the ball.
A relentless defender and active rebounder. Derek was a large part of G1’s 3-1 record this weekend. I expect them to be one of the tougher teams to beat as the circuit continues simply because of players like Delgardo’s effort and motor that rubs off on the entire team.
