Hudson Floyd | Built4Ball 2025
This kid is a workhorse. Hudson is just a pleasure to watch as this kid is just flying around the court. He is such a competitor, and it shows in every facet of his game. He is a vocal leader on the court always trying to rally his team to stay positive in tough moments. Hudson’s basketball IQ is remarkable for a 15-year-old kid. He is always seeing every inch of the court, making the best decision possible for his team. Hudson can score in many different ways! He can shoot off the bounce, he attacks the lane with no fear, he is a great catch and shoot guy, and is a great free-throw shooter. On the defensive side of the ball, this kid’s motor just tires out the opposition trying to attack him. He is relentless! The game just seems to be so natural and in slow motion for him. He makes it look easy.
Legend Smiley | Seattle Rotary EYBL 2025
Legend is a kid I have been watching all year. Standing at 6’3 and still growing, this year at Garfield he played varsity as a freshman and played some big minutes in big games earlier on. He is an outstanding shooter that can get you off the bounce or in a catch-and-shoot situation. Legend is also a great athlete that uses every ounce of his athleticism to create issues on offense and defense. Legend has a fantastic motor, but he has a unique ability to never get sped up by the defense. He attacks the game at his speed and has great composure. He is a lengthy defender that creates issues in the passing lanes and gets blocks at the rim on smaller guards.
Jo Lee | Seattle Select 2025
This kid Jo Lee is a walking bucket. He is only 5’11, but he is one of the craftiest left-handed guards I’ve seen in a long time. He can score the rock at will, and he is just a headache for the defense. One of the smoothest playing 15u kids I’ve seen all year. Even though he can score at will he is still a great creator for his team by drawing double teams and being unselfish and finding the open shooters/cutters.
Brogan Howell | Built4Ball 2025
Brogan is one of those do it all guards every coach likes to have. Brogan is a good catch and shoot guy, he can operate in the pick and roll, and he can shoot it off the bounce. Brogan moves very well without the ball as well tiring out his defender as this kid just never stops moving. He has good spatial awareness to find open lanes to cut for an easy score, and finds open space for catch and shoot jumpers. Brogan can also playmaker with the best of them, he is a great passer and very unselfish. This kid is quite an athlete too, using his speed and quickness to guard his opponent 84 feet, as well as easily attack off the dribble. Brogan has many tools and I only expect him to get better as he grows his mind and body.
Lucas Dickau | Spokane Flight 2025
Lucas is a 6′ point guard with great playmaking skills. He gets into the middle of the defense drawing in defenders and is able to score tough and 1’s or kick out and find open shooters. Watching him operate in a pick and roll seemed way to easy for him. He is very shifty and crafty with his ball handling, which enables him to break down his defender in various different ways. Lucas also is a great decision maker and limits is turnovers. Lastly, this kid being only 6′, he rebounds the ball pretty well for a guard. He isn’t scared to get in the middle of the trees and battle for extra possessions.
Jakari Singleton | Built4Ball 2025
Jakari is a fun player to watch. He just looks like he is enjoying every minute out there on the court. His effort never diminishes, and he is such a coachable player and great team mate. He is a 6’4 wing, that has a motor which never runs out of fuel. Jakari is an outstanding rebounder, as he is always attacking the offensive and defensive boards. He is a solid ball handler using quick dribble moves and has a knack for when to pick up his dribble at the right time, all the time. He is a solid jump shooter from mid range, with the ability to knock down 20 footers on a catch and shoot. Jakari is a solid athlete that is going to get better as his mind and body grows. He’s only 15 so he has a great amount of time to get better.Look out for this kid!
