14U Champions: Team Griffin EYBL 2026
Team Griffin EYBL 2026 took home the 14U Championship in the PrepHoops NEXT Southwest KickOff as they battled with Team Trae Young 3SSB 2026 to get a 61-51 victory and take home the title. Down the stretch, the play of Nehemiah Lawrence and Jaden Parker got Team Griffin over the hump as they took home the title in the end.
13U Champions: Team Trae Young 3SSB 2027
Team Trae Young 3SSB ran away with things in the championship game against ABC Spotlight, as they took home a 63-51 victory to claim the 13U title in the PrepHoops NEXT Southwest KickOff. Chauncey Cravens III took over in the end as he showed off his ability to get to the paint and make plays for himself and others as a driving threat. Team Trae Young 3SSB 2027 group is quite a talented one as they showed going unbeaten in the event.

Standouts: Day 2
Nehemiah Lawrence | Team Griffin EYBL
Lawrence knocked down shots on the perimeter, got to his spots in the paint and showed off his prowess defensively to lead his squad to the 14U Championship. He’s a speedy guard that knows how to make things happen on the floor.
Jaden Parker | Team Griffin EYBL
Parker was another prospect in the Team Griffin EYBL rotation that was impressive on Day 2. He’s a strong prospect that knows how to hold his own in the paint and plays a physical brand of basketball that sets quite the tone in the frontcourt.
Ke’anthony Neloms | ABC Spotlight
Neloms is a sizeable forward prospect at 6-foot-6 that made his presence felt with his ability to block shots and attack the paint for ABC Spotlight. As he continues to develop his all-around game, look for his name to grow after earning All-Tournament team honors.
Remy Albrecht | ABC Spotlight
Albrecht was a hard stop in the pick-and-roll game for ABC Spotlight on Day 2. His ability to control the ball and find his spots to score had Trae Young 3SSB on the ropes all game long in their early matchup on Sunday. He’s a name to watch after earning All-Tournament honors at the conclusion of the event.
Braylon Vega | ABC Spotlight
Vega was dialed-in from behind the arc for ABC Spotlight as they almost pulled off an upset against Team Trae Young 3SSB in the quarterfinals. He showed off his ability to space the floor and knock down shots on the perimeter while also being a presence defensively.
Jaylen Simmons | AKR Texas Summitt/Vols Elite
Simmons is an athletic guard prospect with a bright future ahead of him. He used his athleticism on numerous occasions to make things happen as AKR Texas Summitt/Vols Elite nearly pulled off an upset in their semifinal matchup against Team Griffin EYBL. As he shows off his ability to knock down shots, look for him to continue to turn heads.
Henry Sims | Arkansas Athletes Outreach
Sims was a prospect with good length that stood out for Arkansas Athletes Outreach on Day 2. He showed off an ability to alter shots and make things happen around the rim on both ends for his squad despite the final result.
Aidan Chronister | Arkansas Athletes Outreach
Chronister was another impressive name for Arkansas Athletes Outreach as he used his length well to battle on the glass, create mismatches in space and make things happen around the rim on Day 2. At 6-foot-5, he showed good promise as a ballhandler and sharpshooter with potential.
Beau Billingsley | Team Trae Young 3SSB
Billingsley was pivotal on Day 2 as Team Trae Young 3SSB saw its best player sidelined with injury. Billingsley was one name that stepped up, especially on the scoring front, to boost them into the championship game. He’s a sharpshooter with promise.
Jayquan Snell | Dallas Blue
Snell was a bit under the weather on Day 2, but he still did his best to pace his Dallas Blue squad with his ability to block shots, rebound the ball and push the pace on the break. He’s a 6-foot-3 prospect to keep an eye on with Dallas Blue.
Jamarrion Robinson | Team Trae Young 3SSB
Robinson was dialed in from behind the arc on Day 2 as he came off the bench showing off his range at the 3-point line to make an impact. He’s a young shooter to watch with this group.
