Jack Benter Jack Benter 6'4" | SG Brownstown Central | 2024 State #121 Nation IN – Benter is one of the top sophomores in the state, and he showed it on Friday night as he hit the 1,000 point mark before the end of his sophomore season. Benter would put up 21 points for Brownstown Central as they cruised to a 58-39 victory over Edgewood in Sectional 26.
Markus Burton Markus Burton 5'11" | PG Penn | 2023 State #190 Nation IN – The junior point guard made another statement on Friday night with a 31 point showing to send Penn to the Sectional Finals. Penn would cruise to a 60-47 victory over Northridge in Sectional 4.
Landon Carr – The senior guard is one of the best rebounding guards in the state, and he has shown that this week during Sectional. Carr put up an 11 point-15 rebound performance on Friday following his 12 point-22 rebound performance. Carr is now averaging nearly 19 rebounds per game in Sectional 26.
Tayshawn Comer Tayshawn Comer 6'0" | PG Cathedral | 2022 State #226 Nation IN – The Eastern Kentucky commit has been great all season, and he led Cathedral once again with 23 points and 6 assists. Cathedral dominated the fourth quarter to cruise to a 69-54 victory over Indianapolis Tech in Sectional 10.
Cameron Gehlhausen – Gehlhausen had one of the more surprising performances in one of the more surprising results as Evansville North slaughtered Castle 70-42 in Sectional 16. Gehlhausen came up just short of a triple-double as he finished with 14 points, 12 rebounds, and 9 assists.
Chris Gunn Chris Gunn 6'5" | SG Lawrence North | 2022 State #114 Nation IN – The 2022 Shooting Guard committed to Indiana University put on an absolute show for the hometown crowd as Lawrence North took down Warren Central, 65-60. Gunn scored 26 points of Lawrence North’s 34 points in the first half of the game, and he would end with 38 points in the win in Sectional 10.
Renn Harper Renn Harper 5'11" | SG Parke Heritage | 2025 IN – The freshman Shooting Guard came out on Friday night and improved his career-high by 7 points with his 25 point performance. Harper nearly single-handedly propelled Parke Heritage to a 59-44 victory over the hosts, South Putnam, in Sectional 43.
Armon Jarrard Armon Jarrard 6'2" | PG Mt. Vernon-Fortville | 2022 State IN – The 2022 Small Forward committed to IUPUI has been an animal for Mt. Vernon (Fortville) all season, and they rode him to an 82-76 victory over Anderson on Friday night in Sectional 9. Jarrard would end with a season-high and career-high 29 points in the win.
Karson Jenkins Karson Jenkins 6'1" | PG Fort Wayne Snider | 2022 State IN – The 2022 point guard committed to Barry University has put on a show all year for Snider. He did it again on Friday with 25 points and 9 rebounds to put Fort Wayne Snider over the top in the Sectional 5 semifinals. Snider would hold on to a 60-52 victory over the hosts DeKalb.
Randy Kelley Randy Kelley 6'0" | PG Sullivan | 2022 State IN – Kelley has put on an absolute show in pressure situations this season, and he did it again on Friday night. Sullivan and Washington were tied up in the waning seconds, and Randy Kelley Randy Kelley 6'0" | PG Sullivan | 2022 State IN hit a three with just 0.7 seconds remaining to give Sullivan the victory. Kelley would end with 24 points in the 64-61 overtime victory.
Kaden Manna Kaden Manna 6'6" | PF Marquette Catholic | 2022 State IN – Manna exploded in the second half to help lead Marquette Catholic to a 63-53 victory over the hosts, Kouts, in Sectional 49. Manna would end with 25 points in the win with 18 of these coming in the second half to put Marquette Catholic over the top.
Andre Ozlowski – Ozlowski had his best game of the season when it mattered most for University as he was able to help push the Trailblazers over the top against Covenant Christian. Ozlowski scored the final four points in regulation to tie the game and send it to overtime, and in the overtime period, he hit the game-winner in the closing seconds. He would end with 21 points.
Josiah Ullom Josiah Ullom 5'10" | PG Muncie Central | 2023 IN – In one of the biggest games of the year, Josiah Ullom Josiah Ullom 5'10" | PG Muncie Central | 2023 IN had his best game of the year to continue the undefeated season for Monroe Central. In the first half, the Golden Bears were held to just 12 points, and Ullom had 10 of these. He would score 22 points in their low-scoring, 39-33 victory over Wapahani in Sectional 40.
